Started out great, but the last month it seems way too crowded in the evenings. I would think there has to be a limit to the members allowed to join any given facility. The crowd is shifting to a not so desirable group of people. I guess you get what you pay for. For $10.00, you are bound to attract a lot of less desirables. The staff is great though!! Always smiling, always helpful, and always happy to see you. The gym is always clean, and all of the equipment is in great shape. Elaine manages this location and does a fabulous job !!

Not only is this gym open 24/7 but its very inviting and clean. You cant beat what you get with the black card including personal trainer, hydro massage, massage chairs, tanning beds. And let me just tell you Kirk is by far the best personal trainer Ive ever worked with! The only criticism I have is the music they play in the gym is the ABSOLUTE worst I cant deal, and when you are doing classes its hard to wear headphones so you have to listen to that garbage.

I used to be a member of Planet Fitness several years ago before I moved. I absolutely love this gym it really is a no judgement zone. All of the equipment is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The monthly membership prices are also very reasonable

Of the two Southside locations, this is the preferred one. Cleaner, nicer locker rooms and everything seems to be in better condition. It would help if the staff were a little less disinterested.
