Although my hair was cute I was disappointed in the service by Telaya. I made an appointment for my birthday which was on a Tuesday for 10am. I made it on a Saturday as a walk in. Arrived 15 minutes early and the doors were locked so I waited. After 10 I called the number on the door and the owner said she was almost there. Once she arrived she handed me her phone and Telaya stated she would be an hour late. I was upset about that but I had no choice. I wasnt going to find another person to do my hair in time. She was very polite and started right away but another client came in and she proceeded to do this clients entire hair and made me wait. I did not leave till after 3 oclock. Missing my nail appointment and reservations for my birthday. I hate that it happen because they were very nice but I feel I was placed aside because someone with a higher paying style came in. Even worse she had just called and made her appointment that morning because they asked if I was the one who called that morning about the Bob. I hate having to find different stylist. All I was getting was a wash and style with a few pieces glued in for length.

I went to flawless hair studio and was looking to go natural thinking that was going to make my hair grow faster. After talking with my stylist Keisha she relaxed my hair and said that she can get my hair to grow this way. I got a cut and style, I love it and its easy to maintain. Keisha was very informative and helped me understand what it takes to have healthy hair relaxed or natural. So if you are looking for a great stylist whether you are natural or have relaxed hair, Keisha is the person to go to. Im looking forward to my healthy hair journey with my new stylist Keisha, great experience and was a plus because Keisha is so down to earth and very nice.

Best service is the area , they do it all from Womans hair and eyelashes to mens hairs and hair cuts . Good professional environment with good customer service. Ive been to a few other places around here and this is by far my favorite place to go . Its a fun experience every time I step in FHS. Id suggest this place to anybody .

Miss telaya has done my sew in and silk press. They both looked so good. Mind you she keeps Me laughing and smiling while getting my hair done. Definitely becoming a regular. Still rocking my silk press and my hair is flowing like no other .. thanks girl!!!!
