My family has been going to this Great Clips for about 2-3 years now. The core group of stylists that have been there all that time are great. HOWEVER, within the last 6 months the quality has degraded. The newer stylists that they have been hiring are less than stellar. Now it is hit and miss if we get a good hair cut or not. I have started asking for a different sylist if one of the not so good ones tries to cut our hair.

Only two hair stylist at the West Manchester Township location that are friendly - one is named Rose and the other I am not sure of her name. All others are very unfriendly, never smile and when they say WELCOME TO GREAT CLIPS you can hear it in their voice that they do not care that you just walked into their business. Great Clips needs to address this issue.

All of our family and many of our friends have been going to this salon for over 2 years. The staff is friendly and always attentive. Unlike the previous persons experience, we have never been unhappy with any haircut here. We rate it 5 stars. You cannont beat the service, or price, especially when you have a coupon.

Less expensive cuts than other area places. No coloring services offered here. Usually in and out in 15 to 20 minutes once in the chair. You can check in ahead using their App and can also see how long of a wait at multiple locations so you can choose where you want to check in.

I followed my Awesome stylist who does my hair to Great Clips . While Only she may touch my hair my wife and son have used Vaorius Stylists there and have been greatly satisfied with the results and price .

I used to be a Sports Clips guy, but Ive been coming here for the last two years. I like that they give discounts when you come regularly. Why not look good and save money, right? My favorite stylist is Amy.

Why have an estimated wait time and to check in from a smart phone. Wait time was 17 minutes today. Which would put us at 4:09 pm. It is now 4:47... still waiting.
