I came to your salon in Lightfoot Saturday because my husband and I saw the $5.99 sale sign. My husband got a cut and I was inquring about product for my hair and nice young lady Brittney helped me. She was patient and answered all of my questions. In the middle of me asking for her card with her hours she told me she work at another Great Clips location and I said "Awww man" so a woman behind the register (who I found was the Manager) blurts out "Whats wrong what do you need" and I informed her that I didnt need help with anything because I was already being helped and that i just loved Brittney and her excellent customer service she just looked at me and went back to whatever she was doing. She never said "good job" to Brittney or even seemed pleased that I was pleased. I live in Williamsburg but I will take the trip to Brittneys salon before I ever step back in your lightfoot location. It was almost as if she was waiting to cease an opportunity to hear a complaint about her. I dont like "managers" who only get thrilled at complaints and not compliments.

Ive never had issues there. They have done pretty good with my hair, my fiances hair, our oldest daughter, and they are even good with our autistic 3yr old! I will be using their services for our two youngest when its time. I think they only messed up just a little with my fiances hair ONE time, but it depends on if you make your description more complicated than necessary. Lol. But they are super friendly too and they have so much patience with our 3year old. We, literally, had other places refuse to really even try with him. I love Great Clips! We have gone there many times. I will admit though... I refuse to go to the location in Newport News again. The one off of Jefferson Ave next to Patrick Henry Mall

roxanne is amazing! After trying to get my sister in laws hair cut at super cuts but them rudely turning us away telling her that she wanted it cut to short i decided to give this place a try and I will never go any where else. I was surprised to find out super cuts had turned another customer away as well! Roxanne is so good at listening to what you want she even pulled up picture on the internet to make sure we all had the same hair cut in mind and it was perfect! After spending I believe almost two hours chatting away and getting good advice for my horse hair I think its safe to say great clips is the best place to get your hair cut.

I had the BEST experience in your salon today! Brittany was the most plesant and delightful employee. She gave me exactly what I wanted. After only paying $5.99 for a haircut and getting a great cut and exceptional customer service I felt like I should have paid more. I will be back soon!

I used to have beautiful curly hair. Now my head looks like a Penis. Its been 5 days since I told the butcher at Great Clips "just a little off the top" and the devastation of what I see in the mirror everyday still haunts me.

I took my son in to Roxanne for his very first official hair cut. We had an amazing experience and staff was very friendly and efficient in what they do. The shop was very clean and we will definitely return to this location!
