I went to polished for the first time two weeks ago. Big mistake. I made my appointment for highlights and ended up walking out with my hair even darker then when i walked in. Not going to mention the stylist name but her lack of knowledge of the products she used on me was disturbing. After placing highlights throughout my whole head she then proceed to place a permanent color over top to even out the color. Yes i said permanent--> not semi or demi or a toner but permanent color. Im not a stylist but i no enough to know that is a big NO NO. Now my hair is pretty much jet black when i went in for HIGHLIGHTS. When i asked what she can do to fix it she said after some washings it should fade. What a solution. I would have been better off going to empire beauty school. (That’s not a compliment) When she texted her manager of what to do the manager asked her if i could pay half of the fees for the services. LOL they most of thought i looked like a fool. I told them I’m not paying for any service i didnt receive. I now have to wait an extreme amount of time before being able to do anything to my hair seeing as it was almost completely bleached and now has permanent over top of it. Now on to the employees-> one word to sum them up "unprofessional" The comments they made about their coworkers behind their back were rude and disrespectful. Never going back and i advise you not to waste your time either.

I spent a lot of money at this salon for a while now--and each time I leave, I feel like I did most of the work and wondered how the stylist I had passed her cosmetology exam. Its remarkable how much it costs and the time it takes to get simple highlights done and you leave knowing you could have done it better yourself with a store bought kit. My stylist is (was) sloppy, not confident in her trade, a smoker, (which is so unprofessional when that close working on your clients hair) and should probably find another profession. Although, I must remark that the salon owner should have recognized this by now, but keeps her employed for whatever reason. I Should have left a long time ago. BOO!!! Im done here.

Awful service. The worst experience Ive ever had in my entire life. Yesterday I went there and asked if they had time for a full legs waxing, and it was AWFUL. The waxer hurted me pressing the wax on my legs, she PEELED my skin badly and I paid 100$ for that service. She was also really slow, made things falling all the time and at one point she also told me, laughing, "this is not my day" (seriously...?). Im going to call soon or stop there today to speak with the owner of the business, because I absolutely want to be refund. Nobody should ever go out from a salon as I did it yesterday.

Both my niece & I recently visited the beautiful new salon. We both saw Susan for cuts & color. She did an INCREDIBLE job! We have very different styles & Susan made both of us very happy. (We both received quite a few compliments on our hair as well!)I simply cannot recommend her enough!!!

Courtney cuts my hair and I absolutely adore her. She not just listens to what you want, but she does it! And she checks in with ya as she cuts to make sure you love your hair when you walk out. And she just rocks. Thanks!
