Made appointment for micro braids and took 13 hours. Appointment was at 8 am stylist was late and finished at 845. Only giving 2 stars because salon was nice and clean. Strands of braids fell out within week and remaining pack of HUMAN HAIR was not given back.

I went get my pixe cut to be cut down and relaxed. The lady cut me a bald fade in back. She said Im sorry charged the whole amount. I go home take good look at back head was faded uneven. Very disappointed a bad experience !!!!
