So I went back in as I stated before I would. I got the same excellent service. I told them what I needed and also called in advance this time. Usually I dont call in advance, I just stop by to see what the wait is. Im currently writing this as my hair is getting done to be a last minute stand in for a friends wedding. They were so understanding of what I needed and got it done in amazing amount of time. I just wanted to say Natile now that Ive actually met you, you have amazing staff. You and your staff went above and beyond today. I cant thank you enough! Thx again for everything! I will be back soon enough to get fills!

Yes, the techs here that can do nail designs do a great job- but its not worth it that 4 times out of the 5 you have been here, within a few days you have an infection! As a small business owner, I let it slide every time when I walked in the place was a bit dirty- dust on the floor, chair molding, chairs, etc- the place is always busy and I usually would go at the end of the day, so I really tried to overlook it. I also have heard that if you dont see a techs license displayed, you should ask to see it. I never did, trying not to be rude, but looking back I should have thought more about myself than offending someone.

So ive had friends get there nails done here and it was great but i got mine done and it honestly looks HORRIBLE. I asked for coffin shaped, they are uneven and some are still square. It was nice inside but the nail techs didnt talk to me at all, only yo eachother, some customers they knew they talked to but it was like i was invisible. Im disappointed by this experience

This place has just gone down hill. They used to be fast but the service is piss poor and they are all so incompetent. Its a shame because they never used to be like this. The owner Natilie is wonderful but her staff is a bunch of morons. They are rude, slow and poor ass nail stylists. Ugh pick another place to go. Not worth your time or money.

I absolutely love coming here and its the only place I let do my nails. Every nail technician I have had makes sure Im 100% satisfied before I leave and offer a free fix if something happens shortly after leaving although I have never had to do that.

Technician was texting while doing my French tip nails and, in turn, the nails are painted and filed unevenly, i.e. some nails are rounded when they are supposed to be square. Gels also began chipping after two days.

A little expensive but I love their work, especially Natalies. You can get a back rub while waiting for your nails to dry. They have a lot of color options also

It seems ok. I really hate when they talk to each other and not you. For a deluxe pedicure, definitely not quite as advertised. Is a little dirty.
