This place does not deserve even 1 star. This place is absolutely horrible. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I wanted to get a pixie haircut and style, and the guy who talked to me was very polite and admitted that he was not very good at cutting but he could style my hair. He also said that he was the only stylist which doesnt make sense. I mean if the owner was running a successful business, there would be sufficient employees. Anyways, he referred me to a barber to cut my hair. I wanted my hair to be cut a specific way and even brought a picture to show him what I wanted. But instead he did his own thing. My hair looked like nothing compared to the picture. During the cut, my mom who was with me at the time, kept telling him that he was cutting my hair too short, and instead of listening, he was very very rude and replied that if he needed an assistant he would hire one. He kept saying that he was doing the hairstyle in a way he sees fit. But Im the customer and I wanted my hair done a certain way. The whole time while he was ruining my hair, he was talking loud and being very unprofessional and cursing. I dont think he knew at all what he was doing, I mean how did he even get a job as a barber! Im not sure if I should complain to the manager because she seems like the type of person who probably wouldnt do anything about it. My advice is do not go to this place at all. Youre just wasting your money if you do.

This is the worst place to get your hair braided. The African women and owner are so rude and the only person that can braid is Ma... so if you have to go their for some reason ask for Ma... they charge any price they want to. They dont have a price list. They give you the price off the top of their heads. Its a rip off for very very poor service. Their are hundreds of braiding salons in the DMV. Dont waste your time or money on these very rude people with no braiding skills. Best braiders is Nappstar in Columbia. Very clean and professional place.. Excellent customer service at Nappstar. RONKY doesnt deserve one star she deserves zero...
