HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE! The owner, Pam is very rude. She doesnt seem to care about her clientele, only money. I was charged $40 extra for my color service because I have thick hair. A charge Ive never experienced at any other salon or ever even heard of at any salon. when I questioned the charges and asked for a refund because I wasnt informed of the added charges before my service she rudely responded, "and what would you have done if she told you!? Left with half your head colored!?" This is just a small sampling of the rude, belittling way she spoke to me. I cannot stress enough to stay away! You will overpay here...and not for a superior service.

This salon is the most fabulous place! The women are fun, professional and you would be crazy to go anywhere else to get your groove on. Tanning prices are fantastic, and you will love your hair no matter what style, color or cut you choose! Rock on Tanglez!
