I got a mani and pedi done at Exclusives for my wedding, aswell as my hair and 2 of my bridesmaids hair done. My experience was miserable. I paid $35 for a trial wedding day hair weeks prior to the wedding. She acted as if this was a waste of her time, only curled half of my hair. So i didnt lose the $35 (which they used as a deposit for the wedding day) I decided to trust them. BIG MISTAKE. The day before the wedding I got my mani and pedi. The pedicure (which should be relaxing) was annoying. I sat in the chair for over an hr as the lady kept a cell phone on her shoulder talking to her boyfriend. In the middle of the pedicure she decides she needed a cig break. I requested a french tip on my toes, what I got was a blue hue over the french tip. Looked awful. Then off to the manicure. I found out later that the manicurest was out due to surgery. No one told me this so I trusted the lady knew what she was doing. The french tip nails were horrible. They were bumpy and put on wrong. Half my nail was white, not just the tips. The nails broke, cracked and fell off within 48 hrs. I honestly can forgive all this, what I cant forgive was what happened on my wedding day. The same lady is assigned to do my hair. Dont get me wrong, my hair turned out wonderfully, as well as my bridesmaids hair. When I asked her where I could sit my veil, she said she would take care if it. She laid it across a rolling tray next to her. When she went to lift it up to put it on, I realized she laid it across velcro. I alert her of this and tell her not to pull it as I begin to un tangle it from the velcro. She responds by saying "its Ok, I got it" and rips it away from the velcro. Im left dumb founded as there is now a thumb sized whole in my veil. You would think they would feel sorry for some of this but nope. Owner Lisa avoided all of our calls, forcing her manager to handle it. Lisa went as far as accusing us of tearing my veil and blaming them. The manager said they have 2 witnesses saying the veil was not ripped when it left their salon and they cut off all contact when we showed them 2 pictures of the hair dresser putting the veil on my head (with the whole clear as day). All they offered was to fix my nails 2 days after the wedding. When I expressed I do not normally wear fake nails so I would rather have a refund, they refused. I made the best of a bad situation. I walked down the aisle with a whole in my veil. Thank heavens for my photographer who photo shopped it in our pictures. I will never visit this place again. And I warn any other bride from going there. I can say the manager was very nice and seemed like she felt so bad but her hands were tied by the owner Lisa.

Brought my bridal party here to get mani and pedis and LOVED this place. They even fixed my axxium nails after a little mishap. Extremely polite and professional and the girls working there are so sweet! Will go back again!

This place is awful! theres this one lady that has such a nasty attitude! I swear if it wasnt because i wasnt feeling well i would of yanked her hair out! Im going to make sure no one goes back to this place!!!!

Last minute decision to have a facial and massage with a friend. We feel awesome, so relaxed, very professional. We will definitely go again.
