I didnt hate it, but I didnt love it either. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment, but still had to wait almost an hour before being seen. Everyone was chattin a way, but didnt seem to bother with me after being seated. I wasnt offered a drink til my hair was almost done. NO MILITARY DISCOUNTS, & services are not applied to your Aveda privilege account. Its ok if youre looking for a No Frills kinda place, but it definitely wasnt what I was used to. They also didnt obey to the the Aveda CONCEPT, bottled water? Seriously? I was genuinely excited to make this my salon because of the great reviews.

Horrible shop, my girlfriend went in to get her hair colored and the worker Kathy cut most of her hair off, then after the experience the one owner Megan said to come in to meet with her and the other owner. The other owner then called and was very rude and unprofessional, exclaiming there was nothing she could do, but the reason she said that was that she couldnt find a babysitter for her child and didnt want to do her responsibility as an owner to address the situation, if i could i would give this place 0 or even negative stars

Ive asked for a violet color TWICE now and both times I left with a deep red color..I WAS VERY UPSET when I left this time and Stacy knew it. She did NOTHING nor offered to fix my issue, only asked for payment. Worst customer service experience Ive ever had in a salon. I WANTED VIOLET NOT RED, I WAS PAYING PAID FOR A VIOLET NOT A RED..I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority, just charging for a color that was not wanted...if you want a color done right DO NOT GO HERE

Fabulous stylists! Flexible appointments (which as a working Mom, I appreciate). Excellent customer service. Ive been a customer of Halo since the very beginning.....thanks Amanda and Megan and all the ladies that make Halo so special!

LOVE HALO!! Have been going there since it opened. Loved Sheena - always the best - and now Love Denise!! Best hairstylist ever! Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Go to Halo to be treated like family!
