Went to Hanover location today looking for a few things. Found everything just fine. My fiance and three year old son, were followed around and hawked down THE ENTIRE TIME by some very rude girl "employee". This made the shopping experience VERY uncomfortable... So much that we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Seriously unacceptable for her to be giving POTENTIAL customers creepy looks while very obviously stalking them around the store.. Ew. It was like she was trying to chase us out. Well it worked... Ill stick to the York location or Sephora. Never had a creepy experience like that anywhere before. Didnt get her name.. But has dyed black hair... Extremely Thick uneven winged liner as well as brows.. And was pretty tall. Never again!

The worst establishment and customer service ive ever had. A woman who works in the salon claimed she knew how to sculpt eyebrows ruined the hair on my skin and took off half my brow hair. The manager was a small blonde petite woman who was very rude when I explained to her what happened. Dont go to this Ulta for any skin or hair service . Most of the women are novice licensed, careless and rude if you have a problem or question. This manager is childish and doesnt run her store well. Im reporting them to district management.

I brought my mother to this store. The employees were so incredibly rude to her that we dropped our things and left. Megan, in particular, was beyond disrespectful. Directing a costumer to check out doesnt require a nasty attitude. I will NEVER go back to this store. I would advice any potential shoppers to skip this place unless you like being treated like crap.

I got a hair cut here. The girl had no idea what she was doing. She did an awful job. I would never recommend getting your hair done there. Also, this sylist charged more than the other sylists there. If she is quality service there, the i would hate to see what any of the sylists under her are like.

They dont care if you find what you need. 10 associates in the building and not one said hello or offered assistance. I would never go back.
