I dont even know if I can describe all the ways I love this place! I think its so great to have such a professional full-service medispa this close to home. In my experience, Ive only found places with this level of outstanding service in major cities, so having La Bella Medispa right in Mt. Airy is such a treat. I have had several spa treatments here: massages, facials, reiki, and reflexology sessions. I have never left without feeling perfectly relaxed! The facilities are small but very well appointed and make the whole experience intimate and, in my opinion, more relaxing. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgable and always make me feel comfortable. What I am most impressed with at this spa is that every little detail-- from the decor to the people and the atmosphere-- is somehow able to make your experience seem incredibly luxurious without pretension. Its a very fine line to walk, one that Ive only experienced at a few spas (mostly very expensive, famous spas), until now. I was so impressed with the spa services I received here that I recently decided to have Laser Hair Removal done here as well. I had both the underarm and brazilian Laser Hair Removal procedures with Helene and was very impressed with her. She knows her stuff and was both extremely professional and warm and welcoming at the same time. She always let me know what to anticipate in terms of both the procedure and results after each session and I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. I will definitely make sure to use her again for other services! Such a wonderful experience all around!

I went to La Bella for the first time yesterday for a massage. I have been to several spas around the world, and this was a very pleasant surprise to be found locally! My first impression was the spa was beautifully decorated, all very current and tranquil. Their taste in furnishings and amenities is excellent - the look reminded me of the style Ive seen in the W Hotels. Once I checked in, I was escorted to the changing room, where I was given a secure locker and a luxurious robe to change into. After that, I waited for my service in their tranquility room, which is exactly that. I sipped on infused water, there were also fruit, nuts and hot tea available. The scent of lavender was everywhere, and the lighting dim, perfect for unwinding before a treatment. I had the 90 minute massage from Jessie, who did a wonderful job. She struck exactly the right balance in inquiring what would be best for me and giving the massage in a quiet, professional manner. I was completely relaxed and felt amazing after the massage. Every employee I encountered was friendly and professional. I will return for more, and I give La Bella the top recommendation for a spa in the Frederick area/Carroll County area. You will not be disappointed!

La Bella Medispa is an all around 5 star spa. I have not only had wonderful service here but results arent comparable. I have struggled with acne for years and I tired many things before I had been introduced by my mom to La Bella. Helene has worked with me side by side, using the Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels and a great line of Facial products call cleansaderm. I had a six month membership where I worked very closely with Helene and Dr. C who listened and gave me many options and were never pushy with any one thing. Not to mention my acne has cleared up tremendously! I have also experienced their massage services (which are amazing and very relaxing). I loved my membership so much I RENEWED it for another six months. My most recent service was a Facial with Alyssa and Id have to say that is my favorite so far, It was so relaxing and I can tell (a few days later now) that my face is really clean and soft! I would recommend if you are looking for a GREAT spa in this area this is the place you need to be!

La Bella Medispa is complete relaxation from start to finish! From the moment you walk into the door your body begins to relax. From the beautiful decor to the soft music playing in the background.. its all wonderful. The staff is amazing! Everyone is sweet and listens to your every need. Each staff member is well trained in their area of expertise. I have been going to La Bella for about 2 months. I love the Spa so much that I became a member right away. They offer a wonderful membership program with discounts. I HIGHLY recommend all the services I have received so far (I still have more to try out woohoo!): chemical peel treatments, Facials & Reflexology was so amazing I cant even think of a word to describe it. Reflexology is perfect if you suffer from migraines like me. I dont know what I would do without La Bella Medispa and the wonderful ladies taking care of me at the Spa. Thank you La Bella Medispa for all you do!

My experience at La Bella Medispa was both amazing and magical. As you enter, the knowledgeable staff is both welcoming and friendly...score! Then I was taken upstairs, to what I would like to call, "Holistic Heaven on Earth". The waiting room in the spa is serene, very tatsefully done and feels so peaceful. I have had a massage, a facial, microdermabrasion, Reiki and Reflexology. I have been coming here monthly since they opened and have a membership which is affordable and I highly encourage YOU do the same. Thank you Helene for creating such a lovely haven right here in Mt. Airy where I can come to and decompress from a hectic work week. Truly a beautiful place not just because of the enviornment, but becauseof the excellent services performed by this very competent and gifted staff. Try it, Ill see you on a cloud!

Very elegant and clean spa! I am extremely happy with my results! I have suffered with acne problems since I was a teenager. Besides my attempts with numerous treatments, I had very low results and gave up searching for a while. However, until I meet Helene she made me realize that there is hope for people that have acne problems. After trying her acne treatment kit, my acne drastically decrease. Microdermabrasion has also helped decrease some of my acne scars, thanks to Helene. She takes her time and does her job very meticulously. To keep a luminous skin, I have been doing my homework, by using all of Helenes facial products including the Pro Clarisonic (it’s awesome). Visit the new the location, Helene, Dr. Cappuccino and staff are all professional and friendly people. I highly recommend all their services!

My boyfriend purchased a gift certificate for my birthday. I had never had a massage before, so I was a little nervous going in. The staff at front desk were wonderful and gave me a tour of the spa before my treatment. They gave me a robe and a hot neck wrap, and I was taken into a beautiful relaxation lounge that smelled AMAZING. Denise met me there, and I can hardly explain in words how terrific she was. She explained step by step how my massage would go, and made me feel comforted and relaxed from the moment I stepped into the spa until the moment I left. I would highly recommend the Swedish massage ending with some hot stone therapy. It really lowered my overall stress level. This was the perfect gift, I have already purchased two certificates for my mom and sister, and cant wait to go back myself!
