Consider @work, Adecco, or Elwood staffing first....They have professionalism and are courteous. I would never recommend Aerotek to anyone.My experience with them was awful! They goof off in the office and insult potential workers. I went there willing to work any shift and didnt mind what job. Mark was unprofessional and refused to do his job. Also, I went there with a clean record. Recently, I received a call from Mark. It took him a year and a half to find a job for me. I have been working full time elsewhere for around that same time. Dont hold your breath! I dont leech off the system work is in my blood.

my names Trevor Cox, i was recently employed through Aerotek. i never had a problem with them. they called me to come in for an interview an i got a job the same day for Southern States. Morgan E. was very helpful and professional. she followed up on me even after i was hired. this was the first time i have went through a temp agency.they do all the leg work in finding the job. all youve got to do is show up when they call and act like your serious on getting a job then they will take you serious. i would recommend Aerotek to anyone who is looking for work.

After telling me I had a place in a full time postion I gave my notice to my part time job was sopossed to start on tues following week I had to call monday to ask about it put it off until the next week told me I definitely had it still no job at all now. And I had to keep calling to find out when to start they didnt even have consideration enough to tell me the job fell through I had to keep calling and asking finaly sent me on another interview still have not heard nothing I am not the only one they have done this to.

I give Areotek 5 stars Id give 6 if that was allowed lol I applied got called in received a notification 3 days later to an actual job interview then I was notified that I was was to start my new job the next week VERY fast experience was great if you are looking for a staffing agency that shares you same interest I would go with AREOTEK they are by far the best staffing agency in Roanoke Virginia very professional and effeciant !

They are all nice at first when they want to make money off of your labor. Theyll even take you out to lunch with your own money that you worked for! BUT when you try to get in touch after youve been working for them you can forget it. Basically its a bunch of young kids thinking their running something and were just their temp servants. Avoid them if at all possible!
