My husband and I came to Dina Azzam by a stroke of pure luck; babes in the woods in the Northern Virginia real estate market, wed wasted months with an agent who, though sweepingly romantic, (I too, can see myself in a manor in Middleburg!) were completely unrealistic. She had not even gotten us qualified, and were being shown houses far beyond what we could afford; delightful adventures to be sure, but not grounded in reality. You have to be able to rely on an agent to use their knowledge and experience like a laser, to cut through the brambles, and taking your vision in mind, help you get the best house for you, for the best price. I had been interested in a house in Sterling, and Dina was the listing agent. The house was gone, but I was incredibly impressed with Ms Azzam! She is a consummate professional, with a grounding in the discipline of architecture, and a masterful negotiator as well as a hard worker, absolutely dedicated. As someone else noted, you feel as though you were her only client, so strong is her focus. I could not recommend this agent more highly. What a fine woman she is; and she surrounds herself with people of the same impeccable standards, from our sterling mortgage lender to the inspection and appraisal company she brought on board. You would be very fortunate to have Dina Azzam as your partner and adviser in a real estate search. My husband and I would not only recommend her, we would use her services again. Per the wholly undeserved one star by a Dick Cheesey, the reader should be advised, that anyone who posts under a name describing Smegma is only signalling to all and sundry the sort of man he is... and we will take him at his word! He falls short of besmirching Dina Azzams professional excellence and success, however, which he clearly envies, because he cannot approach it, let alone exceed it. Rather than working to emulate that success she earned, he sought to pull down her ratings, cause distress, and sow confusion with potential future clients. Let there be no confusion! Smegma is nothing more than Gollum in his pool. He should find more constructive ways to make himself feel successful and powerful. Being angry, bitter, and passive aggressive towards a successful woman is hardly masculine, let alone admirable behavior. It is only petty and weak. Dina Azzam does not deserve her rating score to be negatively impacted by a jealous cad, who would drop from exhaustion from a week in her shoes.

She has an excellent reputation and a large network that she uses to professionally promote the sale of your home and/or find you a home that meets your specifications.
