September 15, 2015 - Mr. Reggie Jones from Anointed Hands came to my home to repair an overhead kitchen light and a couple of receptacles that had not worked for several months. Mr. Jones immediately diagnosed the problem and made short work of the repairs. Not only was Mr. Jones personable but he was also very knowledgeable. He informed me that my problems stemmed from aluminum wiring in my home and that aluminum was famous for over heating and causing electrical problems in many homes. Mr. Jones went on to explain a few dos and donts regarding aluminum wiring which may assist me in the future. I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. The rates for the work was very fair. I would strongly recommend Anointed Hands to anyone in need of electrical repair as I will certainly be using him again in the future.

Today, Mr. Reggie Jones performed electrical repair work at my home. I have had a problem with an electrical device for four months, as soon as Mr. Reggie listened to the device, he knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He also came prepared with a replacement part in case he needed it, saving my time and his time. He was courteous, noticing that I preferred that he take off his street shoes on my light colored carpeting. He was polite, efficient, friendly, conversational, knowledgeable and professional. A second electrical problem was more involved, Mr. Jones pulled out his phone to google and research the "fancy" issue. He gave me good advice on handling the problem in the future. We have used Anointed Hands twice and each time Reggie has been very professional. the first time he came out after hours to repair what we thought was our freezer, but Reggie was able to determine our outlets was the problem. He repaired our outlets and we did not have to buy a new freezer. A few months ago we had to call Reggie again, because the outlet in my sons room had burnt the nightlight that was plugged in. We called Reggie and not only was he on time but we found out the outlets in my sons room had been wired wrong.

Reggie was extremely helpful in solving my electrical issues. He conducts himself in a professional manner and is strongly dedicated to pleasing the customer and meeting their needs. His prices are VERY reasonable. He installed outlets allowing me to hook up new appliances as well as troubleshot and repaired wire damage caused by a lightning strike. This was my first time utilizing his services but after seeing his work I will definitely be calling him back to do future projects within my home. Highly recommend!!!

Anointed Hands Electrical Services was hired to install an oversized bird cage chandelier in the foyer, change out a few light fixtures and add a couple of dimmers. Reggie is an excellent electrician. I live in a 100-year-old house in which a lot of the wiring is original! I had problems with a double switch and he found a less expensive workaround than having to put holes in the plaster and rewiring a whole room!!! Reggie Jones is a blessing to all homeowners. Had a appointment for 5 oclock showed up at 4:30 , ten minutes after being in my house diagnosed the problem. 20 minutes later problem fixed for a very reasonable price.
