We moved to Vienna and found this pre-school close to our house for my 4 year old daughter. After coming from a great Winwood, Fairfax Preschool, we last only one month before switching to another great preschool, Early Steps Bilingual School. Very poor quality teachers and management. It feels corporate, because it is corporate. They misspelled my kids name and after how many reminders I ended up correcting the label on my kids basket. We filled out the paper work and gave them a bottle of sun screen as they requested. They continuously refused to apply Sun Screen to my daughters face. She was very unhappy and and did not want to go to this school at all. Teachers looked very unhappy and the management was very ineffective dealing with the issues. I believe you should never pick a fight with people who you trust with your kids and we end up leaving the school after 3 weeks.

Pros: Systematic, being part of a large organization. Some happy staff members Cons: Some over-worked teachers After your money, not welfare of your child. Some teachers are outright rude with kids. If your child does not meet the expected standards, anything and everything is your/your childs fault. This attitude of management has been more stressful than dealing with your kids. Children will be children. Please let them be children.

I find it unsettling that only people who have had bad experiences with certain places end up being the only ones to write reviews. My toddler loves this place, and we are very happy with the quality of the teachers and the facilities. We have many friends who also have their kids enrolled here, and they have also had a great experience.
