We couldnt be happier with the ECLC preschool, where our 4-year old daughter has been for 3 years now, and loves it. A team of two teachers is assigned to each classroom for the year, who teach the class together most of the day, and a range of other activities scheduled during the week (e.g. music, yoga, art) are led by additional teachers within the school. As the school is collocated within a well-equipped multi-functional community center, preschool children also enjoy access to playgrounds, gym, pool, dance and music studios, some as part of the curriculum, others as extra enrollments . Our daughter looks forward to her swimming and ballet classes every week. Above all, we have been impressed with the teachers our daughter has had: passionate and obviously caring about their pupils. I am convinced that our daughters interest in letters and numbers has grown primarily thanks to the enthusiasm of her teachers who went the extra mile to make it all fun and easy to learn. I strongly recommend the ECLC preschool, as a high quality program, led by dedicated educators.

We love it. From the first time we walked in the building and were greeted warmly by Ms. Laura I knew this was the place for our 4 year old daughter and two year old son. We moved from South Carolina and our kids had a very short adjustment time. There were no tears at pick up. They enjoy going to school every day. The summer camp was awesome as well and the regular preschool. My children are receiving a well rounded education in a very loving environment. The school is diverse which I believe adds richness. The teachers communicate with my husband and I, and the daily reports and photos help us stay connected. If you are looking for a safe, fun, well rounded and loving place to educate your children then this is it. My only complaint is that they dont have kindergarten.

There is no greater place for our children. We are so impressed with the JCC / ECLC programming, and thrilled that our children have grown up within a community of caring, nurturing, and knowledgeable teaching staff. We have two children that have experienced the amazing ECLC programming and support. Our eldest is now off to kindergarten, and it was the ECLC programming that ensured she was socially prepared and intellectually excited for the challenges / adventures ahead. Our 3 year old remains excited each morning to go see her class, and catch up with her friends! Both kids started at the age of ~4 months, and we now consider the ECLC our family. We are so grateful each and every day!

Our son has been attending this daycare/preschool since he was 3 months old. We believe in investing in our childs early education and we can see the difference the JCC has made for our son. He is 2 years old now, and we love reading our daily emails with pictures describing the class day and activities.The facilities are also great, secured, clean and your membership allows use of the indoor pool, gym etc. I highly recommend this daycare to others that share the same passion for their kids education.

My kids have attended the JCC Early Childhood Learning Center since 2012 and we love it! The teachers are remarkably creative, patient, kind and compassionate. The play-based learning curriculum impresses me every day. My oldest son is now in elementary school and was 100% prepared for kindergarten in large part due to the exceptional pre-school experience he had at the JCCNV ECLC. I highly recommend this preschool to any family looking to send their child there!

When your children cant wait to attend preschool and you have so many extra activities to choose from the list, you know that you selected the best environment. As a working mom, I love that my child has swimming, dance, multiple languages, parties and a loving educational preschool. Wow! My boys got the attention they needed and my daughter was able to flex. They feel at home here.

Our child was attending this preschool since 2013. The facility has great (clean and safe) play areas. They do a great job communicating with parents and have good developmental activities for children and inclusive, family like environment. We plan to keep our child here until kindergarten in 2017. By far, the best preschool in central Fairfax neighborhood.

Fantastic day care/preschool! My 3 children all started as infants and finished or will finished when they graduate from the 4 year old class. The teachers are fantastic and caring. The facility is amazing - pool, dance, sports all in one building. I love the staff that works there and it is more than just a day care provider - it is a community.

The caring and loving staff takes great care of the children. Our daughter has been there a year and a half and really likes it. The communication from teachers and administration is top notch. The administration is well organized and professional. I cant say enough good things.

The best staff, with a Reggio Emilia curriculum starting at infant level. Great community, wonderful administration, caring teachers, and families. Opens even during the snow with a variety of extracurricular activities starting at three.
