As a previous employee I have a few gripes. Granted its been a few years since I worked here but I have a feeling its still just as bad. 1. Director and assistant director are assholes. All they care about is money and enrollment. They dont give a crap about the kids. 2. They pay "teachers" minimum wage and expect long hour shifts 3. They do not allow religious holidays at all (I wasnt allowed to wear black for good Friday) 4. Most of the teachers couldnt care less about the kids and many of them were mean to the children. I know of a few who would yank a child off of the ground 5. The facility is dirty, small/cramped, and outdated! Dont see your children here!

My husband (who isnt as picky as I am about childcare facilities) toured this KinderCare on Braddock and vowed to never send our kids there. He got a very bad vibe from the faculty and facility and felt very uneasy after his tour. He said the staff was not attending to children in a caring manner & that staff clearly didnt like their jobs. (Note: they hired a new director since then, but wed still never send our kids here because the facilities were dingy, cramped, and not friendly). The facility is mediocre at best. The kids didnt seem that happy to be there. He said it felt like a money-making operation more than a childcare facility.

I have a 2 1/2 year old in full time and a 6 year old in before/after school care for about the past year or so. The staff here has been great... they both enjoy their teachers and enjoy coming in every morning (which is SO important). Since Ms Connie and Ms Ashlei have taken charge, there has been a distinct difference from the moment you walk in... so that may have accounted for the negative reviews. The facilities have recently been undergoing a face-lift (fresh paint, etc).

We love Braddock Rs KinderCare! Our daughter is in Discovery Preschool and loves it. She adores her teachers and comes home excited to tell us about what she is learning. The director is so friendly and genuine and we have had a great experience with them.

Not up to par! They care more about increasing enrollment than the quality of care of the children. A lot of parents took their children out of this center when it started to go downhill after changes in adminstration.
