This FedEx is closest to my home office; items shipped have arrived on time and intact. Self service machines sometimes do not work well, but I have always received a refund when I asked. The staff serving the counter is usually more knowledgeable than I am, but service levels vary when there is a line. Occasionally there is a problem in communication, whether it is with a non-native speaker, or a disconnect on a matter of design. Over the years, the facility has started to show its age. The carpets seem dirty, and there are times when I wonder whether the self service areas are as clean as I would like when I spread out my work. I feel as if I should use a disinfecting wipe before I use the common surfaces, tools, and keyboards, etc., but I have not attempted such self-protection yet. Perhaps I will bring a screen cleaner next time and apply it liberally. There are rest rooms, but they are not well kept. I have not used the computers and they seem to be popular; I am glad there is a resource like this if I have a problem with my home office laptop and need backup. There are office supplies for sale, and cards, but for the basics, use the Staples a block away in the same shopping center. If you have a lot of work to do for hire, check both FedEx and Staples to see who has the lower price or better approach. Services and pricing vary. Yes, I was on hold too long, waiting through two prompts and one transfer, before I reached a person who tried to answer my question. My question was whether they could copy a 60 year old blue print such that it would be legible. Ultimately I was told that they do this all the time, and that the resulting black and white copy seems to be satisfactory. However, this took ten minutes and I have 75 percent confidence that the answer is correct. After I said "architectural drawing" or "architectural blueprint" at least three times I was asked if my document was an "engineering blueprint". I am calling Staples next, and if they can do the work, I am going to Staples. Update: At FedEx, the blueprints were copied for me, and one was copied twice because a corner was bent. Calling in advance was a waste of time. There were knowledgeable staff present (a woman) who I was not invited to speak with when I called. Recently I returned to FedEx to send a pre-paid package of documents. Service was fast and the documents arrived less than 24 hours later, 3,000 miles away. I have upgraded this rating to four stars.

The ladies that work in the front in the mornings are very helpful and seem to try to help everyone that walks in. Its tidy, organized, and theres not too many people. I love their picture machines even though they dont always work and I wish they still had 4 copiers because sometimes you have to wait for a copier to get free. Ive gone in the late afternoons and the whole atmosphere is different though, theres rarely anyone to help you up front or they just send you to the back counter but the people behind the counter are usually really good at what they do, although busy all the time it seems. In general, I like it because its bigger than most kinkos but sometimes it can be inconsistent or chaotic

Print shop at this Fedex Office is staffed with rude and incompetent employees. After four employees standing around doing nothing told me they couldnt print any additional pages after my initial print run, I took half of my print job down a few stores to the Staples, where the girl at the copy/print center was happy to help me out and did it quickly and professionally. I spent over $600 at the Fedex and they didnt even blink when I said I am taking the rest ($300 more) to the Staples. I guess they really dont want my business! I will never set foot in this Fedex again, and will send all of my clients to the Staples for proposal production instead.

I was very disappointed in the service that I received from this location. I called to see if a package had arrived. Apparently they were very busy at the time and could not help me right away which was completely understandable. But rather than being asked to call back later, the clerk told me that my package had NOT arrived only to discover that it had been sitting in their store after making a couple of calls to the corporate customer service department. I understand that they have no control over delivery times or customer volume, however, I would have appreciated an honest answer more so than a "get rid of me" answer.

I will never come back to this store. Nothing more annoying than incompetence paired wiht rudeness! I went to scan pictures. First the clerk in charge gave us the wrong instructions (30mins of scanning wasted). Once we re-scanned the pictures he himself operated the machine leading us to lose another half hour of scanning work. No apologies nor attempts to repair the double mistake were offered. Rather, we met a rude response from the clerk and the manager in charge. Not a good working climate. Sue

I have been working with this Fedex for a couple years getting various projects done for my company, and I have always received exceptional service from each member of their staff. Even when I need something completed right away! Cami is especially helpful, she always smiles everytime she sees me, she is very courteous, and she usually always knows what I need. My experiences have always been more than pleasant, except once. But out of the 50 times Ive been there, 1 out of 50 isnt bad at all!

I just called to find where they were located at. The guy gave me the address. So, I asked if they were near the Marshalls store. He said no, were not, and gave me the address again. So, I asked if they were off of Route 7 b/c from an aerial view they look like they are. Again, the guy was extremely rude and told me the address again.

I was the only customer at the counter, yet my presence wasnt even acknowledged for more than 10 minutes. Two employees appeared to be working on other tasks while I was standing there, but apparently couldnt even give me an "Ill be with you shortly." If I didnt absolutely need their assistance, I would have walked out.

I was there on March 6 with what turned out to be a fairly complicated printing order. The man who helped me, Marvin, was so patient and helpful. His attitude was great. He was so friendly, and he was very skilled at understanding what I needed and how to go about printing it all.

Understaffed and unorganized No air bill available and no directions on how to prepare for counter help. People get to shipping line with no paperwork no packaging. Avg about 15 mins per customer. If you do it right and are prepared you are penalized. Next time UPS for sure

I work next door to this location and try to use it for copies, shipping things, etc. It doesnt matter who is there or what time of day I go in, it is always a frustrating experience. The owner/manager is a really nice guy, but Ive just never had a good experience there.
