My companys copier broke this evening before a very important conference. I work in Reston, so I thought Ill just have Fedex finish the copies for me. Simple enough. That was a huge mistake. I walk into this location at 8:30pm and am met by Rick. Rick is vacuuming and sighs when he sees me. He then finishes the last corner he is working on addresses me with "yes?" I let him know the situation and he literally laughs in my face and says that isnt happening. Now, I know they have other jobs ahead of mine, I was just curious if they could help me, no need to be rude about it. Rick then tells me he is not the productions employee and that I better go have dinner and come back when the production guy gets off break. By then I had enough and simply got this done near my home in Burke. I will never go to Fedex again with this kind of horrible service waiting for me.

I have always admired most FedEx locations, but this particular location has an employee called Kirk by name. This young man is a nightmare to deal with, not only will he run his mouth like a parrot, but he addresses you arrogantly and rudely all in the name of doing his job. I will not advice any body to encounter this young man called Kirk, but you can always do your business in this location because other employees are far way better than him in attitude.

Terrible experience! Uninformed staff, trying to rip you off. At the beginning told me $190 for printing my poster! When I asked if there is any cheaper option it turned out that you can get it for $45!!! Charged me $25 rush fee even though I was not rushing the service, charged me $8 for cutting the paper even though I did not ask for it. I am never coming back there ever again.

Great, prompt service! I put in an order for a client remotely, from New Mexico, and they were very helpful in explaining everything to me and allowing me to pay over the phone. Easy breezy, I would definitely recommend them. In fact, I was surprised to see the negative reviews on here.

I cannot one previous comments!!! A lady on purposely did not tell me all the options available, ended up I paid more then double price compared to exactly same delivery i made 2 weeks back. They will try to rip you off, stay away.

New location is great, better layout and easy to use. They have a few dedicated parking spots as well. But due to the new charge for parking its difficult to just walk in anymore.

Depends in who is staffing the front desk for customer service. Machines are usually OK, but sometimes broken. At least the office is clean.
