The store is a UPS Pickup and Delivery site... However they will not accept a UPS shipment if it is a tablet computer or cell phone as it contains a lithium ion battery. I contacted their corporate customer service (that is located in the Philippines) after many times of explaining the reason for my call it was finally understood that I was trying to ship a tablet computer not buy one, and they tried contacting the store manager as they said that is NOT their Policy. The calls to the store rolled back to the call center in the Philippines and even customer service was not able to contact the manager. Home Depot you have lost a customer.

I do not recommend using this Office Depot for laminating. I went into this Office Depot to laminate a 4 leaf clover that I wanted to turn into a bookmark. There were numerous, large bubbles and finger print smears on the inside part of the laminant. The guy said that the bubbles occur due to air in all the spaces around teh clover. Its a 4 leaf clover, how much flatter and easier could something be to laminate? I couldve done an equally crappy job with the self laminant from Walmart. Thanks for ruining it. Next time I find a "lucky" clover, I wont be using Office Depot.

It was super busy when I visited on Sunday 4/3/16. I had a simple question about whether or not I could print a document from the thumb drive. I waited for 15 mins and decided to wander around the store to look for other items. They have great deals in their clearance section. Found a nice and sturdy computer bag originally priced at $50 for $10. What a steal! The cashier was courteous during my checkout. I would visit again because I just think it was one of those times where the bus let out a bunch of folks hence the wait time.

This review is not about the whole store itself, its about Yassir, he over-complicates any shipping process pretends that he is in charge and knows everything, stubborn and tricky character, after wasting my time I left frustrated and unaccomplished, went to the post office near by and accomplished what I wanted. The rest of the store is cool.

Tried to order a desk for pickup at this location and they cancel my order and say it could not be filled because of inventory at this location. You guys couldnt even ask me to wait a week for you to get another shipped in? Im going to Amazon or Target with my $500. Office Depot wont be around much longer..

Office depot is a bit sad in the realm of places, usually very quiet with not much business unless its time to shop for school supplies. Sometimes it can be very hard to find a line as they seem to refuse to open new ones, even when they have a line long enough to justify it.

Good store for back-to-school shopping. A little more expensive than the local competition but cleaner, less crowded and they have everything you are looking for, making it worth the extra couple of dollars.
