DONT USE YOUR CARD AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I was charged 40 minutes after I left the building and I didnt purchase anything. I tried to use the self kiosk and the machine said the server was down. I went to get the ONE attendant in the whole store, he was in the back. When he finally emerged I asked for help and he told me to try it again and if the server isnt up he would try it in the back. I tried it again and the machine said the same thing. Instead of helping me he started helping other people that were not in line at the time he was helping me. I told him I didnt have time to wait and I left. I look at my account and I was charged for something long after I left the building. I went back to the store there were about 10 people waiting to be helped and only ONE attendant in the whole store! I called customer service and they told me that the charge was pending and will fall off in a few days. It didnt. I called again and got the run around. They then told me they would have to call the store for them to replace the money. I ended up having to cancel my card in order to get my money back because this company is so shady. Dont make the same mistake I made. Go to another company!

While nothing was inherently wrong with the products they stocked nor the decor of the store, I have never been so fed up in my life. I walked into the store with a print project in mind, I needed to print out a PDF I had stored in Google Drive and bind it. So first I examine the DIY stations, and after coming to the conclusion that instructions werent clear, or the facility for easily printing from Cloud storage was there, I approached the counter. Now you may have in mind some ordinary counter, a bored clerk there and lack-luster service, I approached a counter so very much worse. There are two counter stations, one for printing and one for shipping, and I stood patiently in line behind the woman currently in line, and then when she left, my dear cashier went to the shipping station, whose people had arrived only quite recently. When I finally did get helped, I was informed that I would have to email my doc, which I did, and then I would be assisted. (I never got assisted) I stood at that counter for 30 minutes. At that point, I realized that I had already wasted more of my life than was worth, and went to another print shop.

We needed some postcards printed at a short notice. After reading the reviews, I was a little hesitant to go to this Kinkos, but went anyway. I am truly impressed with how courteous, super nice and extremely helpful they are. The gentleman on the phone was very polite and the lady who helped me with printing the postcards was extremely helpful! This is not at all an exaggeration. I would honestly recommend that people should not go by the bad reviews and miss out on a getting served by some awesome people!

My experience has been that they do a good job on my brochures, posterboards, etc. The prices are competitive, the staff is efficient and professional (especially given that they do a lot of business in this location), and for simple print jobs I can usually just wait a few minutes and they will finish the job while I wait. If there are any mistakes, they do the job over without a fuss. Im happy with them...

I agree with the other reviews here. They have one employee at a full service FedEx here on Sunday, Apr 2, and he is standing behind the computer and tells me he is working on a project and wont be with me for 45 minutes. Im standing here with 1 item in my hand to ship. No thanks. Looks like UPS just earned my business for life. Hope having employees that dont have common sense was worth it.

I dont even want to give any star at all. Customer service was terrible and the man ( with a heavy accent ) didnt offered me to make a phone call to Fedex headquarter to find out why or where my package is held. Really? You dont run a business in that way.
