Great service and great people persons working there. I started using First Landing Auto Care when Mike Slack moved from the service station across the street from First Landing Auto Care. Mike and his dad have been servicing my vehicles for more than approximately 18 years. I have found Mike to be an honest, reliable, and trustworthy mechanic. The new owners of the service station across the street where not very friendly and I felt they were out for the almighty dollar. Plus I had been doing business with the old owners for over 17 years before the new one took over. . Since I moved from the service station across the street, I would recommend First Landing Auto Care to anyone looking for a friendly, honest and first class business to provide for all there automotive needs. Also, I must mention the Service Advisor, Tracey Sordi, she makes you feel important as well as caring about your automotive needs. This is not a paid announcement, it is straight from my feeling on how I have been received and treated since using First Landing Auto Care. That goes for both locations. First Class.

I took my vehicle here for a second opinion after another place told me my brakes wouldnt pass inspection and that I needed to completely replace them ($296). My husband and I felt that that was a premature diagnosis, as the brakes on this vehicle are not old, do not skip or squeak, and feel good. First Landing not only confirmed that the original diagnosis was pre-mature, but showed me my brakes and explained the areas of wear and the difference between brakes that will pass inspection and brakes that wont. They also caught a leak in the seal around the air compression plug in my front left tire, which they easily and quickly fixed for a very fair price! Not only are they thorough, but they are willing to explain and show the issues, which to me is very honest. At the end, they also gave me a prioritized list of maintenance that should be addressed at my convenience/capability. I went from being told I NEEDED to spend upwards of $300 immediately at another location to only spending $73 at First Landing and taking care of the real immenent issues.

Brought my truck there for a new water pump and timing belt. Drove to work after the work was completed and it dumped all the coolant out on the pavement (I found out they had "fabricated" and o-ring, which either means you stretch one too small or shrink one too big. either way it wont work. They then took it back a few days later to "fix". (I had no transportation in the mean time), they got the actual part and "completed" the job. The truck still leaks coolant about a gallon a week. It leaked none before I took it in there. The work is still under warranty but why bother taking it back. They couldnt fix it the first 2 times, they clearly cant do it.

I have an old Honda Accord (96) that I leave at my beach home here in VaBch. I began taking it to First Landing Autocare for service and repairs about a year ago. Most recently I took it in to find out why the check-engine light had come on. They had to manually clean carbon buildup from the engine and replace several filters. I also got the AC tuned up. My old Honda runs great and First Landing is keeping it that way! Great shop with friendly and professional people!

I asked for check and adjust my parking brake. When I picked up my car they have checked the tires, liquids, lights and some more things what I did not asked for. And they told me I need new brake shoes for the parking brake and a liver. Back at home I took the brakes apart and saw that they never opened them. So they guessed. The liver and the brakes were ok. They needed just adjustments. Thank you for paying 70$ for something what I didnt asked for. Never again

Seriously the best place to have you car looked at. Did a pre-cross country checkout with them, had a 11 page detailed report (with pictures!) of my car emailed to me within a few hours. They cared enough to do some research on my vehicle including finding out where it came from to get more information on a pending issue. Ive lived in many places, dealt with many car repair places and it doesnt get better than this folks.

I visited First Landing Auto Care for the first time yesterday to get my car inspected. They had great customer service and very professional. I was pleased with their services. Steve went above and beyond by not only letting me know what needed to be done for my inspection but also some other things he found as recommendations. Took my truck for inspection and received a detailed print out with images of any issues. I do most all of my own maintenance, but they also provided a detailed list of recommended services and were not pushy about getting them done there. Overall they seem like a very helpful and honest shop...will be a return customer.

Im glad I found First Landing Auto Care last year when I needed air in the tires. Someone comes out and actually does it for you with a smile! Recent oil change was done quickly while I waited in the pleasant waiting room complete with refreshments. I recommend First Landing to everyone I meet.
