Molly Maids seemed to be a reputable, reliable company for household cleaning services. After shopping around, we determined that they fit our budget and what we were looking for. The first couple of months seemed to be going along well, they were friendly, cleaned well and were on time. After that time point, I noticed that some things werent getting done (i.e.bathrooms not fully cleaned, still dirt on the floor). Also, mid-way through (about three to four months in) they would either be late and not call, or not come the day they were scheduled to come and not call to reschedule. My boyfriend has clients come to the house, so being prompt was a plus as well as having the clean and tidy. The very last week, they didnt come, or call to let us know they werent coming, or they were running late. So we decidede that it just wasnt working out. The poor communication and average, if best cleaning services were just not worth it to us. I would not recommend at all.

We are new in the area, I used Molly Maids when we were down south, they were great- this time around, I am sorry to say, my experience was horrible- the estimator was condescending, told me they dont do dishes, would only use Swifers (that I do not like) then she actually told me to clean up before the girls get here- I began wondering why I called a maid service... I have a very sporadic job, where I travel on very short notice- I was told that if I did not give three days notice for a change, I would be charged an extra fee- who in the world heard of someone running a maid business like this? if I had time to do dishes and clean up a little I would not have been calling a maid service, now would I? I escorted her to the door, after shredding my information (that she was going to hold on to, just in case I changed my mind)- and got on the phone with Merry Maids.....

After a hectic weekend, I was relieved to see the Molly Maid car pull up this morning. As a bi-weekly customer, I have grown to trust the profesionalism and quality my Molly Maid team delivers. They have been flexible, accomodating and polite. It was great to spend the morning going for a jog, catching up on paperwork and cooking for my family instead of scrambling to put my house back in order.

The house was a complete MESS when I called for cleaning. Sandy came out to provide me with an estimate and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Wanda was great to work with in scheduling and getting the team in there. I wasnt sure what could be done to get it up to par, but the team did an outstanding job and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of cleaning that was done. Thank you!
