I am highly upset and confused... I used this company before and had no problems whatsoever, so when it was time to have the carpets done again, I was quick to call again, I asked for my living room with scotchguard, and the stairs and hallway on the 2nd floor. The guys got here and said they didnt have anything on the slip for the stairs but I could pay them another 20 dollars and they would do it, they left my house at about 11:30 am and when I got home at 9:30 at night, the floors were still soaked, sopping wet... by the morning it was starting to smell musty so I called and asked and instead of apologizing and offering to redo it the right way, they said it was normal and that it shouldnt smell (it does) and sent 2 floor fans out... the carpets were so wet that even a full day of the fans running didnt dry them and now the smell is worse, they were supposed to pick the fans up later in the day and never came or picked up the phone when I called... my fiance is currently going to the store to buy baking soda to put in the floors in hopes of getting the smell out after 3 days of smelly damp floors... not happy at all

Ive called this company SEVERAL times to get a quote on some work I need done ASAP...till this time I havent received a call back from anyone. Every time I call the woman said Ill have someone call you as soon as possible. Its been 3 days of this...for that theyve lost business from a HUGE company HERE in Reading. I would NEVER use or consider using this company, not even to clean bathrooms.
