I am moving out of one home into another, and I needed a thorough move-out clean after a few years without having a cleaning service. Well, when you start moving furniture out, you see the residual of that and I needed some help! I researched several cleaning companies and decided to use Maid Pro because of the quick response, patience, knowledge, and sweet approach by Ruth in the Hershey/Lancaster, PA area! :) She created a positive opinion of your company before anyone even came out. Then, two young ladies arrived on Monday, ready to clean. It was not an easy job and it required some elbow grease, but they did an excellent job! I plan to set up a new ongoing service (Ive never had a cleaning service and always wanted one) at my new home once Im settled, and I plan to use Maid Pro - and I would definitely to recommend them to others. Ill post another review once that regular service gets in place, but for now, the move-out clean exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU Maid Pro for not judging, for being pleasant and efficient, for relieving me of stress and for making my home ready to sell! :)

I have been using MaidPro for over 2 years now and I plan to continue my monthly service indefinitely. I would mostly like to thank Denise Forney for doing such a wonderful job for me. She is extremely reliable and always willing to take on a requested task. Denise is professional but also personable and she is a joy to work with. She often has a trainee in tow so I have been able to observe her interactions with co-workers — which again is both professional and personable. I can always rely on Denise to give me a great clean! Not every cleaner does as good as a job as he did (some cleaners are much better than others), but he is one of the good ones! House both smelled and looked great upon my return.
