My wife will not take down the review. Jerry deserves the review he got. Licensed and bonded does not mean anything if you do not use your insurance to pay for the items stolen from our home! Stop selling lies. You say you thoroughly screen your employees. Is this why the person you suspect stole from our home, you could not provide a phone number and only a relatives address because she was floating home to home? Did you run a background check on her? No. So by thoroughly screened you meant she had a ride to work? Jerry is a liar in his guarantees and stands behind nothing he promised. Unless you have cameras in every room do not hire this company! BTW you withheld the persons that you suspected stole the items paycheck. What did you do with that money Jerry? You or your insurance did not pay any restitution for anything stolen in our home. Maybe you paid restitution to the theft that occurred at your other clients home two weeks before ours that you never told us about until we reported the theft in our home. Edited: Jerry. Answer the questions. Did you do a background check? Did you have a current address or phone number for the employee you thoroughly screened? Was our theft the only one that occurred by your employees that week before she left the state? Did you pay the alleged thief her salary or did you not pay it and kept it for yourself? My family was severely disappointed by what occurred in our home with this cleaning agency. We have remained quiet awaiting any news from the State Police regarding the property stolen from our home while the cleaning crew was in our home. The woman who stole my diamond tennis bracelet from my wedding day and my sons necklace from his baptismal day right from a closed jewelry stand, has since left the state. The owner, Jerry stated he knew the woman(who was employed by him) did steal the items from our home and another home in the area. He reported this not only to us, but the State Police as well. Yet even though they are insured and bonded, he would not replace the items because we did not have a video of her stealing our jewelry. During the initial consultation he swore to me he never had a problem with theft,I was unsure about allowing the women in our home while we worked. Now I can state we will never allow another agency into our home. Do not trust this company or its owner.

What a nightmare! Though the cleaning crew was lovely, especially Alice, the office was very difficult to deal with. Multiple phone calls made, none returned - I was simply requesting confirmation. Screamed at by Jerry who stated "Ive been in business 30 years and I dont confirm appointments. Its confirmed when its made" He told me he was too busy in meetings with lawyers regarding restructuring his business to call me back and that I was "the most difficult person he ever had to deal with." He called me a liar, told me at first that I never called his office, then told me I hadnt called the day before (I had). When I tried to speak he told me to "shut up and listen" Jerry is the face of 45s new normal - no courtesy, fling insults. So sad for him that he is so very mean. But I doubt that is something he would understand - he seems to be missing a chip.
