I am never one to complain or go out of my way to do so but the cleaning service by the molly maids crew assigned to my rental property and the response I received regarding the poor service provided lead to me posting this. A crew of 3 was sent to clean a town house with no furniture and just standard cleaning to take care of in a two hour time frame at $100 an hour. In two hours all that 3 people were able to do was vacuum, mop a small area of flooring, and clean 3 toilets. They failed to clean any of the windows, the oven, and the fridge. When I called to report these issues and questioned how it was possible that 3 people could not finish this job in 2 hours when 1 person could have easily done it they had no explanation and the only solution they offered was for someone to go back over and clean the fridge along with a couple of the windows but they did not offer to complete the job unless I wanted to pay another $100 an hour for one of the crews to come back out and finish a job that was never completed in the first place. If you have a rental property and cannot be there to constantly supervise these cleaning crews Molly Maid sends I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We LOVE Molly Maid!! We have worked with Molly Maid for the last several months. Over the winter my husband deployed to Afghanistan. We have five children, ages 10 months to 11 years. Three of our children have special needs that require frequent doctor and therapy appointments. Molly Maid stepped in during the deployment to support our household needs. Through the difficult winter they arrived on time and on schedule, never skipping even a single visit despite snow and ice shutting down other businesses. The work Molly Maid has done in our home has been thorough, focused, and detailed. After they have visited the house smells and looks wonderful! The faucets shine and the toilet paper is neatly folded. If we are home during the cleaning visit, Molly Maid professionals are considerate of my children and have a friendly attitude. Mr. Reilly, the franchise manager, has offered outstanding customer service ensuring our home cleaning needs are met in a consistent and timely manner. I highly recommend Molly Maid both for their outstanding cleaning efficiency and for their fantastic customer service. Molly Maid remains our first choice for our cleaning needs.

DO NOT USE MOLLY MAIDS UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! We hired them for regular cleanings and not one time did they get it right. The very first time, the skipped the sink in one of the bathrooms. The next time, they skipped the mirror and bath tub in a different bathroom. The time after that they skipped an entire bathroom AND the entry level floor. They were suppose to clean the railings and base boards throughout the house but they never did. They didnt even vacuum where they were suppose to. We had them come out after we had moved out and they still didnt clean what they were suppose to. They will not refund your money, ever. Their only solution is to resend the team. WHY???? So they can waste more of everyones time with their pitiful, half-assed cleaning. I REPEAT...DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I arrived home the day before Christmas Eve loaded with groceries and wondering how I was going to clean the entire house and cook a meal for ten by tomorrow at six when I opened the door and my two daughters were standing there with grins on their faces. I knew something was up and they could not wait to show me the house. I cannot tell you how clean the entire kitchen, dining room and living room were and the whole place smelled wonderful. Molly Maid had been there for my Christmas present from the girls and did in three hours what it would have taken me eight hours to do. The house looked and smelled great and I could not have received a better Christmas gift. I sure hope they keep up the tradition.

They were prompt. I had a house cleaned for a open house. 8 out of 8 of the forms from our open house feedback are proof that the house was not cleaned well. The house had three brand new bathrooms, brand new carpet, brand new laminate etc. and the reviewers marked us a 3 out of 5 on cleanliness (there is no one living in the house). I specifically asked for the kitchen cabinets to be cleaned inside and out (they swore they did it), yet they had to be recleaned for dust and cobwebs one day later. I also asked for the interior windows to be done, as well as the basement to be vacuumed. Both had to be redone one day later. Ridiculous that I paid almost $400 and it was not finished.

I decided to give Molly maid a try as my schedule has been hectic and I just wanted to come home a clean home.... Well the first time they came and did an estimate to continue the services I was quite pleased. However, once i said I would like to continue the services, things changed. On the subsequent clean the ONLY areas of my house to be touched were the kitchen (however they did not clean the floors), dining area and living room. No bathrooms, no bedrooms...not even a thing on my upper floor! Essentially, they lured me in then backed off on the quality. After this experience, I do not trust Molly Maid and would not recommend them to anyone. The bottom line, pass on Molly Maid.

We have been using Molly Maid for over four (4) years now and there is absolutely no better cleaning service in the area! The team has consistently arrived as scheduled and goes out of their way to ensure our home is thoroughly cleaned. Molly Maid has always accommodated our needs during last minute schedule changes or even squeezing us in before a holiday or hosted event at our home. Both the office and cleaning staff are friendly and very professional. We love supporting a locally owned business franchise and love consistently coming home to a sparkling, clean smelling house even more!

I used them for cleaning my house after a tenant moved out, and they made it look like new. When cleaning one of the ceiling fans, one of the blades accidentally broke, and Molly Maid was kind enough to fix the issue. They tried replacing the blade, but since the fan wasnt made anymore, they replaced the entire fan and paid for someone to install it. They went out of their way to help me, as compared to other providers who would not pay out if their pocket to help. I would defintely use them again for home cleaning.

The cleaning is always very thorough, and theres never been any problems with the extra instructions Ive left. When I call to verify instructions (because Im a spot paranoid sometimes!) theyre always very friendly, and willing to go over everything until Im satisfied that its all in order. I have recommended them to friends already, so Id be willing to do it again.

Molly Maids has cleaned my house every 2 weeks for the past few years. Dependable and thorough. Its a service that once its set it up, you can just forget it and its awesome having a clean house every 2 weeks!
