Highly recommend MOLLY MAIDS to our family, friends and neighbors. We have used MOLLY MAIDS for two years and are extremely satisfied with their professional management staff and Team Members that clean our home. We are a military family and have lived in numerous states at 11 duty stations. MOLLY MAIDS is THE BEST service we have found in our 28 years of military travel. They are very detailed oriented, notify you in advance if they will be delayed and are always seeking feedback for how to improve their service. We couldnt be any happier! My husband and I used Molly Maids years ago, stopped for awhile, moved and started back with them again. They have always done an awesome job in our home. Its friends coming in now. We have the same crew almost every visit and those girls are the best! I have told others about the great service we get and they should call. A couple have! I dont see us ever changing to anyone else.....ever!! Thanks for the best and nicest group in Chesapeake!!

We have had Molly Maids of Chesapeake for about 5 years. They have always arrived when they said they would and have never failed to please us with their cleaning, or make it right if it wasnt. What makes them great is the little things. For example, they love our dogs. They know I like the pillows a certain way on the couch and ever since I said something about it they have gotten it right every time. I will keep using them for years to come.

Fantastic customer service! The office staff is prompt, informative and courteous. So accommodating with reschedules. My team is fabulous! My husband is sooo particular and they live up to his standards. I have had other cleaning services and he would find areas missed.. Not with Molly maid! I have recommended them to numerous friends and I wouldnt do that if they werent quality! I will never change.

Additionally, the courtesy , friendliness and professionalism of the team and the office personnel and their willingness to work with the customer on schedule changes is great.
