The worst ever! Bought my mother a $100 gift certificate for mothers day. My mom set up an appointment for them to come out to do an estimate and in a matter of hours before they were suppose to show up they called to cancel stating "an emergency had popped up". So after my mom rearranging her day for them to come out, she waited another week to get the estimate. When they ended up coming for the cleaning she was highly disappointed after they left. She said the floors were gritty, there were dust balls under the kitchen table, the base boards and window sills were not cleaned like promised, and many other things. She said they came with a rag and a spray bottle of something. It was like they just sprayed it with water and wiped it down. She paid them an extra $25 because they stayed 10 min over the hour and 15 min time frame. I called them to complain and ask for some sort of monetary compensation back for being completely embarrassed and feeling horrible for putting my mom through so much frustration (worst mothers day gift ever!!) and all they will refund is the extra $25 my mom paid out. I do not ever recommend this group to ANYONE!!! beware! Waste of money!

I used this company a week ago to do an move out clean....wow there was nothing in the house and it took 2 hrs to clean. I can see if my house was dirty but all they did was reclean my bathrooms, vacum and clean the fridge. Now I must admit they did GREAT on the fridge. But they talked and didnt clean walls but cleaned base boards. Oh they charge you a week later....I dont think ill use them again...oh and the 2 stars was for the refrigerator and not the was of $160.00

They are quick, efficient, and very thorough. Within an hour, two tops, my house is clean and spotless. The ladies are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Molly Maid :)
