I have had my home cleaned for almost 3 decades. I am in advertising sales and cleaning is not something I have time for nor do I chose to do when I am home. With that said I had the same cleaning person for 17 years and she retired. I have had one cleaning service after another. Some small privately owned and some franchised. They are not all the same. The Cleaning Authority is head and shoulders above any I have used in the past. They have been cleaning our home for going on 2 years and I not only look forward to seeing them but my pets love seeing them too. Yes, they are a pet friendly cleaning service! Thank you to Dave and his team at The Cleaning Authority for all your hard work. Showing up after 2:30 PM so my son who works 2nd shift doesnt have his sleep interrupted is important and they understand. I look forward to many years to come with The Cleaning Authority. The staff are very nice and courteous, however they just dont do a good enough job. They dont pick up anything on the floor when they clean They just vacuum around it, they dust around it. They will not move anything. You have to stay home and tell them everything to do. Its really not that hard. I had throw pillows that belong on the couch in the corner. They came in cleaned and left the pillows along with any toys still in the same corner They never even touched them. Nice people good to straighten up but not if you want it clean.

The cleaning Authority aka Dirty Dozen provides great service when in comes to giving you a thorough quote. Their service and follow through are poor. I would prefer to have my eight year old clean rather than trust this bunch. The use of the term "dirty dozen" best describes their follow through. You will not want this crew back in your house after your first experience. If you dont believe me read the former employees accounts of the management and company. Youll be shocked!!! Dont hire them, you will be very sorry you did!
