This is a horrible company. DO NOT USE THEM! The cleaner finished at 4 PM. 2 1/2 hours later she was still waiting in my house because the driver had not returned to pick her up. I had an appointment to keep but I couldnt leave because it was freezing cold outside and I didnt want the poor lady to have to stand outside for God knows how long with all her cleaning supplies. I called Professional Home Cleaning Inc several times but they would not answer my calls. When the driver came he was totally unapologetic. He acted like this was normal and it was my fault for feeling frustrated. Worse the company completely blew me off when I finally got though to them. Never once said sorry, never did anything to try to make it right. Really I would give less than one star if I could. Also how can they treat their own people that way? What if I had left? She would have been stuck outside freezing for almost 3 hours. What if it had been raining? This company is abusive and has terrible customer service. Please- with so many other cleaning companies in the area- use ANYONE else!

Tired of unannounced price increases! I have used this company off and on for a couple years. They do a good job, but my grief is with how they just change the price without notification. I get you raise your prices if you need to, but you let the customer know. This has happened to me twice in the past 12 months. It creates an embarrassing situation and a bad customer experience when the car driver has to ring the door bell and ask for additional money. Today, out of principle I refused to pay the markup and it will end up coming out of the cleaning persons tip. Not really fair for her. And I have made the decision to not call this company again after a 5+ year relationship. Its honestly not about the price. Its about how this was managed. When working with the company, make sure you get the price up front to avoid this kind of frustration.

i have used this company for nearly 6 years with no issues. They have always done a good job cleaning our house. I read all the other reviews and am totally surprised we have never had any problems. we have also used them for move out services twice. My neighbors have used them several times for one-time cleaning also. They have a driver that drops off/picks up, but the cleaning person has never been stuck here got an extremely long extended period. We have also had to change days, and they are always able to get us in quickly.

They did great the first cleaning. After that it was lazy work. Things just didnt get cleaned like I wanted them to be and they started missing areas and started getting lazy doing others. What gets me most was one time the girl helped herself to the fridge then acted like she didnt. After that she then asked me for a drink which I gave her. Then when she was heading out she went ahead in the freezer and took a popcycle. Makes me wonder what else she helped herself to.

This cleaning service is awful. They were rude on the phone, did a poor job cleaning, and after I paid the amount that was agreed, they came back to the door asking for more money. I told them know, and the man that was accompanying the woman who cleaned asked if I planned on tipping. The only reason this place is even getting one star is because I have to give at least 1 star to post. They did not even take the trash with them.

We have repeatedly contacted this company to ask them to stop putting their materials all over our non-solicitation community and yet again, there are more postcards blowing around our yards. Ironically, they also have a "door to door flyer distribution service" that they advertise on their cleaning postcards. STOP, STOP, STOP! Please come pick up your trash and do not do it again!

They gave me an arrival window from 8am - 12. I called at 930 to ask what time they were going to arrive and she stated that my house was too far and they werent coming. I live in Leesburg. They should have identified that before they gave me an appointment.
