What is wrong with the management? I contracted them to clean much of my home, the first two cleanings were priced high (but, thats okay as they had to clean everything fully). However, after the cleaning, I had to call them back to re-clean. Even the owner/management (Karen Chandler) came to my home. It was explained to me that they dont clean anything over their head-height (they are not allowed to step on a small ladder or step-stool) They did a below-average job. After they returned, the supervisors were involved and things went much better for several weeks. Afterwards, the price normalized unless I added rooms (Im fine with that too). Everything was going well for several cleanings, then I got a call from the owner/management. She advised me that my home was underpriced and she needed to raise the prices. Not just a little, it went from $125 to $180 per cleaning. About a 30% raise in price. Karen advised she was not making any money on my house. Even thought her assistant manager and she had been at my home weeks before. I asked Karen who was her supervisor and she responded that she does not report to anyone. No where to go with further complaints. They praise their position as "Satisfaction Guaranteed" . I think not. The staff themselves are fine, supervisors were great. Management, a total joke to this company. I am a firm believer of "If you dont take care of your customers... someone else will" I will never recommend them, and I believe you should not use them either. I dont trust them as a business. My husband Blaine and I started using The Cleaning Authority recently. We were skeptical, as we had tried a different house cleaning in the past and didnt feel like the cleaners did as good of a job as we do. Our first detailed cleaning was ok, nothing exceptionally wonderful, nothing horrible either. I figured it was because it was the first one and there was some extra elbow grease needed. I figured it would get easier and better over time. The detailed cleaning list says they will clean the ceiling fans. Ours were missed (note our ceilings are not that high so a wand type device could have reached them without having to get on a step stool). Not a big deal, just something that happened. Our second detailed cleaning we had a different team come, and everything changed! We politely asked if the ceiling fans were capable of being cleaned they said of course. Team #15 Maribel and Veronica do an amazing job when they come to clean our home. I feel like the clean it like they would their own home and it more than just a job for them. I get a big smile every time I come home and see their team number and names on my cleaning note because I know my house is cleaned wonderfully and to my high standards. We are very picky and love having Maribel and Veronica clean our home. Thank you to Maribel and Veronica for putting the level of effort into cleaning our home that you do! Oh, and they are ok with the dogs not being crated while they clean so that makes it easier too!

The owner and manager of The Cleaning Authority (Karen) is very professional and accommodating to my work schedule. I find The Cleaning Authority to be responsive to my requests for additional cleaning or to modify the scheduled rotation of cleaning rooms. Team #25, Margaret and Susan, are very nice and professional. They always come to clean our home at the scheduled time, and are dedicated to cleaning our home as if it were their own home. Both Margaret and Susan follow-through with any special instructions for cleaning and are very pleasant. They are so nice, that we tend to leave notes for each other to express our wishes for a nice day/weekend. :):) I recommend The Cleaning Authority as your cleaning service -- they are professional, trustworthy and dedicated.

Ive been using the Cleaning Authority for over 3 years and I absolutely LOVE the way they clean my house! I have special requested Team 44 (Edith and Anna) on several occasions, because... as soon as I walk in the door... I can smell and "feel" that my house has been thoroughly cleaned. After a long, stressful day, it is THE BEST feeling EVER! I used to work and go to college full-time while raising my toddler, so I NEEDED the extra help! Recently, Team #7: Sherry and Michelle, have been our regular cleaning professionals. They do an outstanding job - efficient, with a keen eye for detail. Weve been using the Cleaning Authority for about a year now and Im always so excited to come home on cleaning day to see how beautifully polished home. The teams do a great job cleaning all the nooks and crannies and carefully tidying certain clutter-prone areas. They also do a great job dealing with our very sassy cat by letting her do her own thing while they clean. I feel like I"m living in a hotel when I come home after receiving their service. I love team 6. I do not want anyone else but team 6 to clean my house. I have had Sarah from the beginning and will always want her to clean my house. She know exactly what she is doing and does it perfectly. I love the way she cleans and she is the most funny and respectful cleaner I have ever had. Today I had Sarah and her new partner Paige clean my house and of course they did a fantastic job cleaning it. Im so happy to have Sarah and Paige clean my house. Thank you so much girls.

I have used The Cleaning Authority for several years now and they were my 4th cleaning company. I have been very pleased with the level of cleaning they do for me. In addition to their normal procedures, they have incorporated my quirks (special products I prefer, or turning a rug around so it fits the opening) into their routine. There have been a small amount of breakage but they always tell me and offer reparations. I couldnt be happier with the Cleaning Authority!

We have been with The Cleaning Authority for over 10 years and I can say that over 90% of the time the Teams have done an excellent clean. If the Team assigned doesnt measure up to the prior clean, Karen has worked to ensure that the next Team is A1--- I now have Team 17 and Michelle and Wennett are excellent--they are thorough, professional, focused and careful. Its grand to walk into the house after theyve been here--you can feel the difference.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for years, and Karen and her teams are great to work with. They clean our house thoroughly, and if there is any problem at all Karen always listens and corrects it. I have seen Karen come to our house to check her teams work, which is a great for quality control. Team #34 - Heather, Tonya and Kim are so nice, and they are very sweet to my dog. They really do a great job for a reasonable price!
