Have been using them for 1.5 years. Great service! They have cleaners available on short notice (for people who are not so great at planning). Everyone has been really friendly, and they are truly thorough-- have had them do a move-out clean, and it looked like we hadnt even lived there. Not all of the cleaners speak English fluently, but I have had no problems. The service is affordable for the area.

I use them on an on call basis which has turned out to be about every 3 months. The prices are all over the map...this last and final time I will use them they charged my more for cleaning fewer rooms! The explanation is the number of hours which amounts to if they want to stretch it out, you pay! I would never recommend them to anyone.

Never take service from them. They give very low estimation when taking the appointment and then the people who come to clean do not understand English and do whatever they want to do and then the final invoice will be double the estimation. Save your money by not taking service from New World.
