If I could give zero stars I would. A Molly Maids cleaning woman stole an entire set of high quality everyday glasses from William Sonoma from my dishwasher. I told the owner Lane immediately after they left and I discovered the loss. Instead of coming to my home, apologizing and offering to replace the glasses, she told me to file a police report and if the police could find "evidence" that her worker had stolen them she would respond. Right! Call the Baltimore City Police ---who are dealing with the highest homicide rate in the nation to search around for evidence on the missing glasses? Like thats going to happen. I told her I would withhold the $100 fee for the cleaning to replace the glasses. Replacing them was a major hassle and took an afternoon of my time. I just received an invoice for the $100. Followed up with a phone call. She insisted I owe her for the cleaning. I am appauled! Theft and no appropriate response. Look out.

Ive been using Molly Maid for over 2 years now and I love the service. I recommend it to friends and co-workers looking for an affordable and flexible cleaning service. Some places only want to clean what they want to clean and charge an arm and leg for it but Molly Maid let me tailor my cleaning to my needs. If we have a big party or company coming up or are going out of town on our scheduled cleaning, we just email them to switch and its never been a problem. The service has only gotten better over time as they get to know the house and my husband and I really look forward to "cleaning days"

I am a guy, and I won a gift certificate at a silent auction which was donated by Molly Maids for my daughters school. I usually bid on sports memorabilia but I knew my wife wanted it so I continued to outbid. They came today and did a great job. The house is SPOTLESS. Also, went above what they were asked to do. Professional workers with a positive attitude! I would recommend them to anyone. I think the last time the house was this clean is when we moved in. Dennis
