I have used many different cleaning services over the past ten years and I have found MaidPro Baltimore to be one of the best! They are prompt, efficient, and make my home sparkle. I’m particularly pleased with the level of feedback that the owners strive to attain from their customers. I have never had a previous maid service leave feedback cards, and also send e-mail surveys to find out how their maids cleaned after each cleaning. I find it very refreshing! I was also impressed that around the Thanksgiving holiday the owners of MaidPro (Kelly and Eric) initiated a can food drive for one of the local shelters in Baltimore. I loved that they made it so easy for me to participate by having their maids collect the cans/food boxes during one of my scheduled cleanings. In short, I would recommend MaidPro Baltimore to anyone seeking affordable, reliable, and extremely thorough cleaning services for your home or office.

I know its tough to find good housekeeping services and reviews were important to me when I made my decision, so now after having used MaidPro for several months (weekly) I thought i should weigh in. The primary people who clean my house are fantastic, thorough and totally open to my requests, insights and feedback. Anytime Ive ever had an issue with service they have been reactive and immediately address the issue-although I have to say, I havent had many problems at all.One piece of advice, some of the people are not as good as others, so be direct in requesting specific service providers, they will accommodate. Overall, I love this service and am SO happy with my investment and the service they provide.

I havent used multiple cleaning services, so I cant compare different ones with personal anecdotes, but I tried getting it right the first time and the reviews and air of professionalism MaidPro had sold me from the beginning. The rates are fair and the cleaning staff has been largely friendly, quick, and thorough. The company is flexible and has been able to accomodate my schedule at the drop of a hat; particular maids can be requested; and above all, the maids are trustworthy and effective. I highly recommend.

This business is shady as ever. We paid for three hours of service, and all they did was clean a half bath, the stovetop, and wiped down the floorboards, and then ran off without finishing the job. When I called the management, they did nothing to help. Good thing I only used them once!

Ive been using MaidPro for the past year and am quite happy with their work. Anita always arrives on time and provides excellent service. I am partially disabled and need extra attention to the kitchen and bathroom. Anita makes sure that these important tasks are completed.
