My wife and I scheduled Maid To Please to come clean our house this past Saturday. We scheduled a first time deep cleaning and then monthly cleanings thereafter. We received a confirmation email that someone would be there between 8 and 10 am. No one showed up or called. I responded back to the company email that was sent and still have received no response. All the conveniences of online scheduling and credit card payment only matter if the people actually show up to do the work.

Very harsh on dusting blinds which became twisted, harshly vaccumed bumping wooden furniture and creating marks, did not put things back after dusting and vaccuming, talked on cell phone continuously, did not clean toilet thoroughly, broke expensive item. I called their office and left several messages, no one called me back. Poor customer service...very upset and disappointed

Maid to Please cleaned my house at least 5 or 6 times, so this review is way overdue. They always email me an ETA before every scheduled cleaning.Their website is a breeze to use to get an instant quote and schedule an appointment. Office and cleaning staff have been incredibly nice and really want to make sure the customer is happy.

The staff did a thorough cleaning and took their time to get the job done right. Compared to other cleaning companies that I contacted, they also offered a MUCH better rate. I was very impressed and will use them again!
