Will not use them again. I wrote very specific instructions on where I wanted them to clean inside my house. I wrote two separate notes asking them to make sure they didnt lock my cats in any of the rooms. My instructions werent followed for either cleaning I booked and my cats were locked in two different rooms. Additionally, they continually referred to me by the wrong gender (despite my correction), they spelled my name incorrectly repeatedly (despite it being over email and my name appearing in front of them) and they charged me an incorrect amount. I really wanted to like Eco Safe but they are terribly managed. UPDATE: Their manager, Ryan, is HORRIBLE and I am contemplating reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. He has engaged in a series of emails where he attacks me. Hes made poor arguments that they did not over charge me (despite clearly written emails that confirm the total) and that they are not to blame for locking my cat in the closet, even though I wrote multiple emails and left a hand written note reminding them to make sure the cats werent trapped. He also attempted to blame me for incorrectly spelling my name and identifying me by the incorrect gender, despite clarification emails. POTENTIAL CLIENTS BE WARNED HOW POORLY RUN THIS BUSINESS IS!

I have used this service for about 4 years. I would love to give them 5 stars; but in the beginning they had a few "kinks" to work out. For many, many months now, things have been going so smoothly. I have a very big house (4500 sq. ft. on 2 levels) and I am picky about cleanliness - but certainly not unreasonably so. The cleaners, for the most part, are non-native English speakers, but I have never had difficulty communicating with them. They crew is honest and they really want to please. One time a year or so ago, I had some things not cleaned to my satisfaction. I carefully explained what I wanted, and the next time everything was perfect. Their rates are good and management is well run.

Poor scheduling service. Bought the Google offer over 8 weeks ago to schedule cleaning service prior to Thanksgiving. Called to confirm I could get scheduled prior to the holdiay and was assured if I booked quickly I would be booked. Less than 10 days out from the holiday was switched to the day after Thanksgiving. Unable to reschedule. Was willing to become a repeat client, but am cancelling due to the switch and bait. Two thumbs down for the bad scheduling. No opinion on their ability to clean.
