Maid Bright is a reliable and trustworthy cleaning service. They are professional, and use environmental friendly products. They came out to look at our home and provide a free estimate for monthly/bi-weekly/weekly cleaning services. Currently, we use them once a month. They are quick to respond to emails with special requests. Pros: - vacuuming and mopping done well - kitchen and bathrooms cleaned nicely (stovetop looks great, shower door looks great) - bed made, linens changed (I love getting into my freshly made bed!) - good email communication (fast response) - consistent crew Cons: - started out with good dusting, but now it is only adequate (small, light items not moved for dusting, vents not dusted, shelves in laundry room not dusted, inside of spider lamp not dusted, ceiling fan in bedroom not dusted) - doesnt look like light switch plates are cleaned - miscommunications about taking out trash/recycling - started out by emailing me before coming (with exact time) but they dont anymore Overall, I am very happy to come home each month on cleaning day, and I can see a noticeable difference. I am happy that I do not have to spend much of my own time to clean my house. If I had one wish, it would be that they are more detail oriented. And... that I could use them more often!

Had our first cleaning last week. So far this is an extremely good service and very affordable. The rate is $69/hour if you commit to monthly service. For a home just under 3,000 square feet thats about 2 hours, or 3 for a first-time/deep cleaning. The rate goes down a little bit depending on how often you commit to having cleaning done (e.g., biweekly is cheaper per cleaning). Mahir did a very great consultation with me to get started. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Both of the ladies who came to do the cleaning were also quite personable, and they work hard and they work fast. They went above and beyond in many areas, doing things I never wouldve expected such as organizing shoes in the closet. I did have a couple of very minor areas for improvement that I suggested to Maid Bright after the cleaning to focus on for next time, but its all very minor stuff and overall they got my house looking just as if not more clean than we do -- and it only took them a few hours as opposed to having to sacrifice a whole Saturday just to clean! I will definitely continue to use Maid Bright.

Our favorite thing about Maid Brights cleaning service is having the entire house clean, all at the same time. Thats something weve never been able to accomplish on our own! Fridays are our favorite day to schedule housecleaning because our home sparkles and is ready for entertaining over the weekend. Maid Brights cleaning team has always been very careful with our belongings and the environmentally friendly cleaning products they use are gentle on our sons allergies. Theyre fast, reliable, reasonably priced, and flexible too. We have occasionally needed to change our cleaning day due to out-of-town guests, and it has never been a problem. We are getting ready to put our house on the market and Maid Bright will be cleaning our home from top to bottom the day before the Open House. We want our house to show like a model and we know Maid Bright will make it shine.

Have been using them since last July or so. Have a 4-story condo, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, large master suite. We LOVE maid day. Though we usually rush around tidying up before they arrive, it forces us to keep things tidy. And its soooo great when they leave and the whole house is clean! They even change the bedding if you leave out fresh, and make the bed if you dont. Some of my favorites are how clear my shower door is and how clean my stove is when they are done. They literally mop their way out of the door and wipe the threshold plate as the last thing when they close the door. We have them come every other Wednesday and we get to spend our weekends having fun, not cleaning. When you use cost/benefit analysis of how many hours it would take you to do it versus how many hours of your pay per month it costs - its well worth paying for it!

I have been using Maid Bright for about three years for my cleaning needs. I first started using them at my two bedroom apartment and now I am using them at my townhome. I have been extremely satisfied with their attention to detail and customized cleaning service. Maid Bright sends me a two person cleaning team, who come with their own supplies and they get right to work. I have a baby so they are aware of my need for environmentally friendly products. I also appreciate the fact that I can always communicate with them through their office staff or by e-mail. They are quick to reply and call back if you have any questions or concerns. I was looking for a good cleaning service for my new home. My new home has dark hardwood floors, which are very temperamental. I was very impressed with the Representative from "Maid Bright" who came to my home for the initial interview, he immediately understood the cleaning process for these floors and promised me I would not be disappointed. I was excited and nervous when the "team" arrived and extremely happy with the outcome of the entire house, especially the floors. I immediately called my daughter, who was also looking for a cleaning service and told her she couldnt go wrong with "Maid Bright". We have been using Maid Bright for about a year and a half. They were recommended by a friend who had been using them for years and who raved about them. We were hesitant to allow strangers into our home but after meeting Jay from Maid Bright, we were confident that his staff would be trustworthy. We have been pleased with how great and consistent the service has been. Most people complain that cleaning companies start off strong and then do less and less work. We have been pleasantly surprised to find that the quality has remained outstanding. We also like having the same two women come to our home every time. The price is also competitive...and they are reliable and responsive if we have a question or need to reschedule an appointment.

There are plenty of reviews describing the thorough, dedicated cleaning of the staff and I completely agree. Id like to add that the professionalism of the office management is also impressive. They are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and take the time to inquire what is most important to you and your specific needs. This is a level of detail I have not found with other companies. You can also get a person on the phone when you call rather than voice mail. I have only had one service with them and was very happy with the quality. I cannot rate them on the consistency of their work after only one visit, but I am confident it will be very good. This review is more for the attention to detail of the management.

I found out about Maid Bright by coming across their company car while looking out the window at work. I checked their website and sent an email requesting for more information. I have been using their service since October on a 3-week basis. We are pleased with the two ladies who come to help us clean - they are professional, cordial, and do a great job. I like that the support team is quick to respond to emails, and all the arrangements have been done through writing. There is extra charge for cleaning fridge and ovens, and I think their fee is slightly steeper than other services I have heard about in my area, but I like that this is a decent-sized company that has accountability.
