The quality of the cleaning is quite good thanks to the ladies that actually do it. BUT, THE OWNER IS ANOTHER STORY ALTOGETHER Heres one example of several interactions: They call to change the service time, and we say thats fine. They show up two hours early and hes mad because we werent there. We call him, and he starts arguing that its our fault. Every time weve called them he starts an argument. We had recommended them to our neighbors, and they pulled the same thing with them. Both of us fired them. My prediction - They will be out of business in 6 months. I have been using the cleaning authority for more than 6 months on a bi-weekly schedule. They always show up on they day they are supposed to or reschedule prior (for holidays). I havent had any real issues; I did have to call after the first couple cleanings over things that had been missed, but things have been great since. They seem to do more than other local companies and are very price competitive.

Cleaners missed several obvious items when cleaning my home and broke a speaker. The owner originally agreed to provide reimbursement for the speaker, but then refused after I cancelled future services. He was very argumentative and difficult to deal with.
