This company is unresponsive and consistently fails to follow through with promises. I purchased a coupon for their cleaning services; in essence prepaid for their services. To date, they have fail to return any of my 4 phone calls. Once, when I was able to reach the owner, he promised to call me back in an hour. One week later Im still waiting for a call. I guess, since, they have my money already, they do not feel the need to respond to my calls or fulfill their part of the agreement.
