When scheduling, I specifically asked for the bathroom and kitchen to be cleaned because I have a newborn ans I would like those areas extremely clean. The wooden floors were to be mopped & I was guaranteed completion. I was not present at the first cleaning, however the house was unfurnished and I was moving in the following business day.When I arrived the floors were still visibly dirty. I was able to take a baby wipe and it turned grey after wiping the floors. The women came back I pointed out the areas. I was then told they were not allowed to scrub on their hands and knees and referred to another cleaning service without a partial/refund. The office manager (Laura) response was the house is too old & dirty for them to clean and they do not clean textured flooring. In addition, its the maids fault for not mopping with soap & water; they have the supplies. She refused to take responsibility for her staff & spoke to me as if it was my responsibility to be present and instruct the ladies in cleaning while I tend to my 4 month old. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with their quality of work and their customer service. I suspect this is not the first time they have provided poor quality work because I called Ashland Molly Maids thinking it was capital city milky Maids and the manager there immediately stated I wanted the Forest Hill location and they were not owned by the same person without looking for my information. I suggest another cleaning service if you are looking to have your house cleaned.

I have been a Molly Maid customer for 2 years now after my private lady retired. Here is what I love: no worries about insurance, no more problems with her calling in sick or needing to get cleaning supplies for her. She ran over my vacumn cord so many times the repair costs were killing me. Molly Maid ladies do an excellent job, super reliable, and consistent. They bring their own equipment so I dont do a thing. They use my atm card for payment, so I dont worry about remembering to leave a check each week and I love to come home to my house that looks and smells great. My sister in law is also a customer, and we just signed up service for my elderly mother in law and she is very happy. They are just great with her and making her comfortable. I highly recommend!

Wow! This was our first time having a cleaning done by Molly Maid. I wasnt quite sure what to expect, but we were stunned by how much of a difference it made. The cleaning crew showed up on time, brought everything they needed, and went right to work. Two hours later, I can honestly say that our house has never been cleaner. They definitely do a good job on all of the "big ticket" items, but they also seemed to have a knack for picking out all of the little things that you "wished you would get to", but never really have time to clean (ceiling fans, baseboards, bookshelves, door handles, blinds, etc). The smile on my wifes face made it all worth it. Well done, Molly Maid. Were hooked.

Over the years cleaning services didnt last too long at my house because my wife expected their work to be as good or better than hers (usually the first time or two was good, but after that their work did get sloppy), so we stopped hiring and did the work ourselves. Thank heavens a little over a year ago a friend suggested Molly Maid, I had to talk my wife into giving them a try but am I glad we did. Their work is always top notch, the house gets clean and I dont hear my wife complain about about their work because they get the job done right - every time. Thanks Molly Maid for freeing up some of my time.

Ive tested out 3 or 4 different cleaning services and this Molly Maid location is by far the most thorough, detailed and time efficient. Theyre always punctual, friendly and work extremely hard, every visit. Not to mention theyre half the price of the other places wed tried out. Ive had them cleaning both my home and office for the past few years and will continue to do so for years to come. Any negative reviews on here for Molly Maid are probably from their competitors or some teenager looking for attention. Dont believe it. These guys are fantastic.

They cleaned off the base level of dust and dirt, but didnt really perform the deep cleaning you would expect at the rate that I paid. They missed basic places such as above the refrigerator, under the refrigerator, windows sills, and failed to remove rust stains from the sink. I managed to do all those things later but really wanted to pay someone else to do that for me.

Sometimes it feels impossible and overwhelming to stay on top of all that needs to be done at home. When Molly Maid comes, everything feels better. The smell of clean and watching them wipe down my kids bedroom doors and hearing my shower being scrubbed spotless is just what I needed this week. They were friendly and on time and very thorough.

Used this service for 8 months and found that no matter how many times they came, they just didnt do a good job. They do NOT do detailed cleaning! Too many re-dos needed. Found that after giving them the benefit of the doubt, decided that they just were not worth the money. Looking for a new maid service. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have used several different maid services while living in Midlothian and I feel Molly Maid is the best. They were professional, on time, and did a wonderful job... Thay have always been able to communicate clearly with me. (They know there job and do it well). I would (and DO) recommend them to all my friends.

My husband and I have used Molly Maid for over ten years and have found them very easy to work with. They do a great job on our home (this is actually the second home we have had them clean regularly). The maids know what they are doing and are very professional. Would highly recommend!!

I cant say enough about how great my house looks after my cleaning team leaves! They must have a lot of energy to do all that they must do during a work day!! They come every two weeks on Fridays and really make it nice. Five stars for Chris and Natasha, my team. Thank you.
