I worked for Molly Maids as a traine, according to their policy I was never an employee but only a trainee. I recorded a meeting with the manager. It is legal to record a one on one meeting. I was accused and the manager denied what she said about the other girls. The recording proves she is denying her accountability. The empolyees will watch you do something and fail to advice you properly when you are in training (according to the managers statements I recorded) and then complain after many days of failing to advice a new employee of what not to do or to do. I consider that petty and being an A$$hole. The manager also claimed I said I was superior and the recording proves that is not true. So the manager is putting words in my mouth or exposing something else. I would never watch an employee repeat something over and over if it would get them in trouble. I also personally think that two out of 4 I worked with work very slow and putts around. Its cleaning, common sense and you need to be work hard. I watched one girl putts around and only clean half a bathroom and the kitchen in a large house while the rest of us hustled. I did see two girls that worked hard. I am unsure if that influences how much clients are paying. I was also told I would only work 6 hours and start at 8am. The manager even went out of her way to pick me up from another town to get me off the books. I was adviced about the training schedule in black white terms. So I made a very important appointment the next day after 2pm. The manager (who also had the audacity to rebuttle my communication skills) without Communicating to me tells a team lead that I will be staying in a house till 2:30 when she already knows I need to be at an appointment. One employee was out sick and the other girl was left to clean alone.

Honestly you dont want to work for them. The paid the manager tells you is a lie. You never get close. Ask any of the girls they will tell you. You also dont want to work here if you plan on getting pregnant! they discriminate against you here as well. Oh & make sure if you have quality issues its before pregnancy. Mine suddenly turned up after I said I was pregnant . Funny right?. Definitely dont work for them. If you are thinking of applying seriously go elsewhere! Get an education! Dont work for them.

I paid $549.63 for a one time which is solely too expensive. The girls who came out lied about how long they where in my home. Then, when I got to looking around, my place wasnt even cleaned to the proper standard I expected by my quote. So when I called about the outrageous bill on my credit card the manager hung up on me.

Doug reacted promptly and his team was very efficient in cleaning the home to include several significantly "tough" areas.
