For 5 years Ive been a Cleaning Authority customer, and the organization took a huge step forward when Will Owen acquired the company. I was apprehensive of new ownership but he has taken the cleaning methodology to a new level. Will took time to visit personally, understand the needs of this home, and set a team that matched. I was able to customize the cleans so my seldom used extra bedrooms were "optional" at my request. The team took note of extra attention areas that were sensitive to me, and while each clean was consistently good more often it was exceptional, showing pride in the work and attention to my detail areas. My preference was for continuity of the same team, a very difficult challenge in this industry. Being aware of my sensitivity to transition Will Owen put extra effort into informing me when changes were made and checking satisfaction levels. His attention to customer service and satisfaction more than compensated for any occasional miss, which was rare anyway. And when I had scheduling conflicts The Cleaning Authority was very accommodating, offering to reschedule in the week or push to our next clean. (key to making this work was effective communication on their part AND ours!) Ive been blessed to have Leticia and Gloria assigned to my home for a while now. They have a positive attitude and work hard. They do an outstanding job, likely one of the top teams (if not THE top crew). When it was a big clean (after a party or before/after house guests), an additional cleaner was sent to insure top-notch performance. Cleaning is a hard job, but after years of experience with this company they set a high standard for the competition. Try them, and trust them. Youll be very pleased with the results.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENCY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND MAKE YOUR HOUSE WORSE THAN IT WAS BEFORE THEY CAME OUT! Terrible experience. Paid $201 for an initial "detailed clean" of kitchen and bathrooms which included cleaning grout and tile. The grout on the floors was not even touched at all in any of the rooms. There was a fairly big sticky spot on the counter which shows they did not even wipe down the countertops! The smell when we arrived home almost knocked us out it was so strong! Pine cleaner or bleach or ammonia or combination of things similar had our eyes watering and sneezing for 2 days. I am not against use of these products but it was way too strong. Did they spill it somewhere? I dont know. On furniture they half-smeared away the polish we had put on them, leaving huge streaks. Carpet in media room had what looked like wet Comet ground into it. (We vacuumed that ourselves immediately for fear it would bleach the color out).. They came back out the next day after I called, but they only wiped the sticky spot off the counter and wiped ALL the polish off the 2 pieces of furntiture, but did not do anything to the the bath or the grout/tile. When I called again to say these things were still not done, the owner, Will Owen, had the nerve to tell me that he would never be able to please me and that he was discontinuing service. It has been over a week since that last phone call and he has still not returned the key to our house.We hired them to clean because we can no longer do it ourselves due to back problems and shoulder surgery. And now we have to change the locks on our house. THIS PLACE IS BAD NEWS!

Just getting around the reviewing The Cleaning Authority Raleigh after an absolutely stellar experience. Mr. Will Owen took time in the evening to accommodate my hectic schedule to give me a thorough (and reasonable) estimate and explain the process. He wasnt lying when he said they were the best. His cleaning squad delivers every time so I can stay sane! The cleaners are more like magicians. Always on time, friendly and diligent about cleaning my home. They really get in there and clean the overlooked areas that need extra attention. They deliver each and every time and my family and I have no worries. I have and will continue to urge my friends and co-workers to take back their weekends and hire The Cleaning Authority Raleigh to experience that deep clean feeling youve been missing.

Will Owen is very flexible when our hectic schedule requires us to postpone standing appointments. Our biggest complaint with other companies prior to The Cleaning Authority was inconsistency between teams. Thats not the case with The Cleaning Authority; the teams are all very friendly and the service is consistent and thorough. I have been using The Cleaning Authority - Raleigh for about 7 months and have been absolutely thrilled with the service. The ladies are very thorough and do an excellent job. I have used several different cleaning companies here, and they were all lacking either in the quality of clean or the management. This company is not. Will is on top of it with this one. There have been a few times where things were missed, and he sent someone out right away to correct it. He has even come and done random inspections to make sure that I am getting the level of service I desire. These guys strive to satisfy their customers and provide amazing customer service.
