The girls that work for Molly Maids are always very efficient, reliable, respectful, and friendly. They all work together as a team and the same team comes out each week which allows customers to get to know the girls cleaning their homes. Given their friendly and respectful demeanor you can tell that they work for a company that they enjoy and in turn are respected. Periodically, quality checks are performed by the North Raleigh/Wake Forest office personnel to ensure cleaning is not only up to the standards of the company but to the customer. Additionally, it is my understanding that if there is ever an issue the NR/WF office can be contacted and immediate action will be taken to rectify the issue. Love their work and the employees...highly recommended for all your household cleaning needs!

I needed my house cleaned fast and Molly Maid came and cleaned it fast and without any issues. I have 3 kids and they even moved stuff they didnt have to , made the house look and smell great , the bathroom look new , the mirrors shine, the carpets come to life and when my wife came back in town she was happy. They know what they are doing , they dont break anything , you can feel safe and secure also - they dont go rummaging through your medicine cabinet looking for things nor do they try seeing if you have things in your drawers. They are just there to do the job they are hired to do, I would recommended them to anyone who needs a good house cleaning on a schedule, or for a one time clean even. Ive been using Molly Maids for 10 years and their service has always been great. Responsiveness by the management team (for rescheduling, etc) has also been wonderful. Emails are returned promptly, even on the weekend. They go over and beyond. In fact, recently nobody was home and a deer was injured in our yard. Molly Maid management was notified by staff, came on site, and spent 3 hours at my house helping coordinate getting assistance and the manager did not leave until everything was resolved. I was updated by phone on the situation and what they were doing and then I was updated afterwards as well when everything had been taken care. Triple AAA service by a great staff and company.

Molly Maids are fantastic. I have been using this cleaning service for several years and do not know how I would keep my home in somewhat of a cleanliness state without them. I work from home and often times also have to travel with my job. I have never hesitated to allow them to clean when I am away as they are always mindful of my dogs and also my need for them to be here a specific times of day due to my husbands work schedule. I would recommend them to anyone in need of getting control of their household cleaning chores. I have used Molly Maid of Wake Forest for several years. They are easy to work with, courteous, and very friendly. They are flexible about changing cleaning days.I am especially pleased with the way they get the dog hair off of furniture and the carpets. The house seems brighter when they are through. They clean thoroughly and are willing to come back immediately if anything is not done to the customers satisfaction. The only thing I do wish is that they would wipe off soap dispensers, etc. in the bathrooms.I would be, however, be hard pressed to find another firm that does so well, and I would and do recommend them

I had never used a home cleaning service before so I was not sure what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised! I came home to a very clean home that just smelled wonderful! Even my blinds that I tried everything to get the caked on dust off where clean. They looked brand new!! The cleaning team even left us a note to welcome us to the Molly Maids and told us how happy they were about coming into my home to work. I would highly recommend Molly Maids of Wake Forest. They are very professional and the level of clean was exceptional.

I have been using Molly Maid for several years and they went from being inconsistant with the detailed cleaning to being more consistant. They come every other week and we have 4 indoor cats so they really have their work cut out for them with all the cat hair flying around. I have to say they do a great job getting the cat hair up!!! They are reliable, they show up on time and they work steadily until they are finished. They are polite as well and my cats like them!!!

Molly Maids of N. Raleigh/Wake Forest is the best thing that ever happened to me! I have been using them for over 8 years and I have never been disappointed. The cleaning job is phenomenal-best I have ever seen. The staff is amazing- the maids are trustworthy and friendly and the office staff is terrific. They listen and always try to accommodate to my needs-even last minute requests. Some people think it is expensive, but for the quality cleaning you get it is a bargain!

I have had my home cleaned by Molly Maid of North Raleigh/Wake Forest and love them! They are detailed, do what I ask, think out of the box and dont waste time which keeps them competitely priced. I am no longer living in their seervice area and really wish theyd expand territories. The service I have now is nowhere near as thorough and Molly Maid of North Raleigh/Wake Forest. I look forward to hearing about this group expanding into other areas of Wake county...

I have been using Molly Maid for several years and I am quite pleased with their service. They are prompt, do an excellent job cleaning, courteous, and scrupulously honest. The office staff is very attentive and eager to please as well. They have even taught me some good cleaning methods when I have been stumped as to how to clean certain fixtures. I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors and would do so again.

I have been very pleased with Molly Maid of North Raleigh and Wake Forest. This is the second house at which we have used them. They have always been courteous, flexible about changing days, adapt well to changing cleaning needs, and do a thorough cleaning job. If anything is ever even a little wrong they are immediately willing to come out and fix the problem. They are a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.

We have been very pleased with Molly Maid. Used them for a couple years and made the mistake of trying to go with someone else for a while. We are now clients again. Could not replace the professionalism of Molly Maid. They are consistently on time, very efficient using their time and the house always looks great when they leave (for a little while, anyway until the kids get home!) Would definitely recommend them.

Molly Maids of Wake Forest are definately the best I have every used!!! Doing my house is a real challenge and they are up to it! I am a single guy with a dog that sheds like no other! The team always shows up as expected, works extremely hard and produces results second to none. They are very professional in all aspects of their performance and I couldnt be happier with them!!!! Stongly recommend!!!
