I dont know what happened with the person with the one star review, but I had a really good experience with them. Im a pretty messy person with 2 dogs that shed like crazy. The first appointment was the day before my mother arrived (Im a grown up and I still want to make my mother happy :) My mother commented many times throughout the weekend that it no longer smelled like dog and the fur was gone. For the second cleaning (I chose the every two weeks service), there was a hiccup. They only cleaned the living room and the kitchen because they were unsure if they were supposed to let the dogs out of the hallway (where they are with their bed, food, and water so they dont bark). I freaked out a little, but I called them and explained what happened. They came out the following Monday (no charge) and now the place looks magnificent (again). The reason Im writing this here, is because I just contacted them to tell them how happy I was and they asked if I would put that info here. So, Im doing it because they asked me, but I had already sent them a complimentary email because I was so happy.

We changed services and pay more for Elite than our last cleaning service, but we find its worth it. Their service is great and they send you an email prior to cleaning as a reminder. I find they show great attention to detail. With previous services I would see quality of cleaning change from cleaning to cleaning, but not with Elite. We always come home to a clean house. We were so impressed than we have more cleanings per month as we see more value in their cleaning. We changed services based on the recommendation from a neighbor and are glad we did.

Great cleaning service. Great customer service. They do a spectacular job wiping down, dusting, and cleaning every inch of my house! They dont work into the evening so you must have flexible availability during the week or schedule far enough in advance to get a Saturday. Ive been using them for more than 2 years now and we love them!! Would definitely recommend!

I have been using Elite Cleaning Services for over a year and I am thoroughly happy with the service. I have a 3 bedroom/3 bath row house, 2000 square feet. The ladies come on time and are thorough in getting into the nooks and crannies, bathrooms, kitchen and the rest of the house. You cant go wrong with Elite.
