We love the service, and the company! The communication is above and beyond, with estimates of arrival accurate and notice of any changes are emailed or texted to me immediately! The company values are reflected in the staff performance and the social service (donations to women receiving cancer treatments). Its nice to have a dependable service in and take care of the house when lifes getting hectic, and theyve always done a good job with the details. We recommend them, especially their staff Kelsi and Rachel who most recently cleaned our home! The only "first-world problems" type of complaint I have is that there have been some small inconsistencies with cleaning our wood floors with a wet-jet type cleaner (which has led to some sticky residue a couple of times). However, weve been customers for a year and have had no complaints 95% of the time. So, if youre looking for a dependable, reasonable, and local community that has great values in Powhatan, you ought to start with a quote from SET Cleaning Services!

Once again, Sheila led the team to a sparkling clean house. We picked this service based on the recommendation of my cleaning service as they did not cover the are that my Moms house was located. My Mom, recently home from a stay in hospital/rehab was in real need of a great company having been in poor health for some time. Well needless to say, our family has been given the red carpet treatment and after a few short months Moms house is once again the show case it has been in past years. The team works with Moms health care team, making sure she has the dust free environment she needs while knowing Moms needs...even doing her bedroom first, so that she can rest if needed. Sheila, our team leader is wonderful. And the company even will send a trainer to do a special job, like this month to get the kitchen perfect. Amazing company...feels like part of the family.

We have been using Set Cleaning for over a year. The team is always prompt, thorough, and energetic. It is like a swarm of cleaning bees show up to make our house sparkle! Prior to moving into our house we were renting a home temporarily from friends at church. Set Cleaning performed our final cleaning. The vacuum cleaner STILL did not work correctly. It threw out dust/dirt in 2 of the 3 level floors before I caught it!!! The maids revaccumed the 2 floors before leaving! Im not real sure how the first level turned out . I had to leave for a doctor appointment and got put in hospital which still in today. I just think thats really gross other peoples dirt and dust flying around in my house. I asked the girls if they changed the bag before each house they said no they are not given enough bags a week to do that. I am not sure what else to do to get this problem fixed!!

I have used SET Cleaning for over three years. We have two "codes" for cleaning. One is the regular areas (living room, den, dining room, sun room, breakfast room, kitchen and master bedroom. The second is "company is coming" which adds the guest room(s) and bathrooms to the list. They are very punctual, careful with my belongings, respectful of my home, and eager to please. They bring all their own supplies and equipment, but if you have a product you want used, they are willing to use your product according to your wishes. I highly recommend SET Cleaning!!

A fabulous cleaning company. When I moved back to Powhatan, I gave them a call for a one time cleaning. They were very thorough in their cleaning and had a great attitude. I loved it so much that I called them to come back and clean every two weeks. They set their standards high and they meet them, plus go beyond that. They are also very good to my dogs when they come. As always SET Cleaning went above and beyond with our cleaning service. Attention to little things like cleaning the soap dishes or folding the toilet paper and paper towel ends show how meticulous they are about their service. Taylor and Kaitlin also pay special attention to things that have changed since our last cleaning (i.e. our son got a new bed and they complimented it in their note to us). There is nobody Id recommend more than SETs cleaning services.

Couldnt have been a better first experience with this company! Our first clean had me walking through my house with amazement on how cleans and fresh everything looked and felt. My husband struggles with allergies with pet dander and when he came home he said it smelt like we didnt even had a dog! He was shocked!
