Molly Maid was recommended to me and I had a lovely interview with the woman who runs it. She scheduled the first cleaning for a day I was out of town, which I agreed to. When I returned to my house, it was distressing! A door was left unlocked, a jade trinket had fallen off its stand, a light fan had its cords so tangled that neither the light not the fan was functioning, most of the blinds were left raised to the top, the windows were smeared, there were four dead bugs that hadnt been vacuumed up, every picture and mirror in the house was crooked, as if a storm had blown through, there was gummy stuff on my bathroom floors--in short, my home had not been cleaned, had been disrespected, and I spent several hours cleaning up after the Molly Maids. I had to get help to fix the fan/light. They charged me $343 for this (lack of) service, for a 2400 sq. ft. condo. They had gotten my credit card number before they provided the "service" because I trusted their reputation and the owner. I tried to negotiate a lesser price, and they refused, offered me half price for another cleaning. Clearly, I do not want people in my house who left it such a mess. Please beware.

I am reviewing them only for their employees driving skills. Today at about 3 pm one of their cars passed my sons stopped school bus. The bus was at a complete stop on College Rd, with its red lights flashing, and this Molly Maid car blew right by it. The bus driver even honked the buses horn. The car didnt even slow down. Hopefully they care more about peoples houses then they do about the safety of school kids. And as of now they have not responded to any of my questions or concerns. As of 12/15 we still have not heard anything from them. We posted a question on their Facebook page and the only response to that was they deleted it. All we want is to know that they are taking this matter seriously.

Had used Molly Maid in Seattle WA and was happy with the service so decided to try Molly Maid in Wilmington. Started with a whole house cleaning several months ago and was so pleased with the work that I arranged to have the same team clean my home every other week. The ladies arrive on time, are extremely courteous and respectful, and do a great job cleaning. Love having my home fresh and clean every other week! Molly Maid did a great job of developing a cleaning plan which allows flexibility for some rooms which are used infrequently and has been extremely accommodating in working around our travel schedule.

Our "cleaner", Ruth has been working in our home for over three years and repeatedly provides promptness, attention to detail, organization and always a smiling face. Ruths current colleague, Angel, exhibits the same great qualities. Doing business with Molly Maid is so much better than hiring an independent cleaning person. Molly Maids of Wilmington have been wonderful! We moved here about 6 months ago and tried a few other cleaning services before we found them. They are ,by far, the best company we found. The owners are very easy to work with, accommodate special requests , get back to us right away, etc; and the women who do the cleaning are thorough, hard working, very nice , and a pleasure to have in the house :) give them a try! You wont be disaaponted.

Molly Maids isnt cheap, but in two and a half hours, their professional team of two housekeepers made my whole house sparkle! They did an outstanding job on my hardwood floors and made my tile shine so much I could see myself in it. Ive hired independent housekeepers in the past, but Ive been disappointed with them. None have measured up to the thorough job that the Molly Maids team does. I highly recommend them!

Loved Molly Maids. They are professional, and do such a great job. I loved coming home after a long day of work and not having to worry about cleaning. I have had other cleaning services in the past, but Molly Maid is by far the best.
