My wife and I would NOT recommend Merry Maids for a few reasons. First of all, they charged us $218 for a brand new home, only lived in a week out of the month, with two people. The company also didnt give us the same cleaners we requested and the owner told me she fired two of the girls who came to our house because of bad behavior. The first crew that came out were great; we had no issues, etc. The NEW team came out and cleaned the entire house in one hour while we were walking the dogs and left, they missed just about everything. My wife called and asked them to come back, and one of the cleaners gave my wife an attitude. I explained all this to the owner; she said sorry, this never happened before, but didnt provide us with a discount, no money off, etc. Asked me to keep using them for the same price even tho we had issues with them twice already. Stay FAR away if you expect top notch service from a cleaning company. If you want an overpriced company who doesnt do a great job this company is for you.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to the people at Merry Maids for all of their hard work. After being diagnosed with one of the most deadly breast cancers, I was wrecked! I mean I took care of my family. I cooked, cleaned, picked up and deputed off kids and worked full time. But then I was being told at the age of 31 that I had to under go treatment that was going to knock me down. Needless to say I worries about everything. Then enters #merrymaidswilmington with cleaning for a reason and a very nice lady Brittany shows up at my door to clean my entire house.(a few others came along but Brittany was the main one) Merry maids came out four times to clean my house and it so desperately needed it. Thank you Merry Maids of Wilmington for your compassion and help! Its helped more than you know!

I love that I can not only trust you to be in my home, but I can also trust that you will clean it to perfection. Anytime something has been missed [which is very randomly], you are quick to send someone back out to fix the issue. I am on a clean-as-needed basis since this is a vacation spot for us & everyone Ive ever spoken with at your office is incredibly friendly and eager to help work out a schedule.
